I have ordered here so many times and i've also received arrangements from here many times. i'm always amazed at how beautiful the arrangements are. I love coming here for flowers because the quality is always really superior, roses last over a week sometimes a week an a half with good care. The owners are always friendly, honest and willing to help you get exactly what you are looking for. I recently came here looking for lavender roses to accompany a balloon arrangement, they recommended I waited for a new shipment of roses so I could get the best quality, he waited until I got there to open the box for me. Exceptional service and beautiful flowers.

I've been to many flower shops in the past but this one is hands down the best, clear focus on assisting you find the best arangment for your application and budget. Amazing service, very impressed. Despite being very busy and on Valentine's day they exceeded expectations.

Purchased mothers day flowers here for the first time and I will not be coming back. The bouquet was very underwhelming and did not resemble the size that was displayed in the picture. The flowers were also wilted and did not look fresh at all. Some of the petals were also discoloured. I am very very disappointed with the quality of the flowers as I paid over $100 for the bouquet. The price did not reflect the quality whatsoever. I will not be purchasing here again.UPDATE: In response to the owner the bouquet costed me a total of $110.73. Let us not break down what each individual flower costed, but rather focus on the subtotal of the bouquet. To be paying over $100 for a bouquet, it is only natural for me to expect the flowers to be fresh. Whether the flowers were damaged due to packaging or not it should not have been included in the bouquet if that was the case. I also doubt the thin plastic wrapping encapsulating the flowers were the result of the damaged petals. The petals of the small purple flowers were drooping and the petals were wrinkly. The pictures provided were only a few, but many of the petals of the lilies were damaged.

They made me a beautiful bouquet and the service was extremely friendly and considerate. I can absolutely recommend James White Flowers.

I went to James White Flowers to look for something special for my mother’s birthday. I told the owner what I wanted ( the type of flowers and design), and he immediately got what was on my mind and arranged it quickly for me. It was a rush order, and he made something extraordinary. I ordered a dozen roses for delivery for the weekend before Valentine's Day. Everything came through perfect. The flowers were nicely picked and properly cut. Presentation was very nice in the vase.I plan to come here the next time I need flower gifts!

It was such a great experience. The owner Lena is friendly. I had the opportunity to chat with her while she was working on the flowers I asked - it’s a family run business with a history of almost a 100 years. The store looks nice and clean. The work she did with the flowers - they look absolutely beautiful. Will certainly return whenever I’d need flowers next time.Thanks Lena for being so awesome!

Based on the excellent reviews posted, I chose to order a flower arrangement from this store in Scarborough, Ontario. I spoke to Gary and explained to him which flowers I wanted in the arrangement and the colours based on the occasion. I was very pleased with the finished product (as seen in the photo below). I placed the delivery order in the morning and the arrangement was delivered that same day in the late afternoon. There is a delivery charge of $11.99 which seems reasonable. The store was prompt with sending me the invoice for the purchase via email which I appreciated as well. Based on my first experience ordering from James White Flowers, I would recommend this store.

Got an arrangement done here today for my moms birthday. They were friendly and gave suggestions. All and all a good experience. My mom really loved the bouquet! Mission accomplished

Ordered a bouquet online for Mother’s Day. The flowers were beautiful and fresh. My mom loves them and was super happy with it. The quality is amazing and customer service/owners were wonderful people. The whole process of buying went really smooth especially during these times on a busy day to get flowers. 100% would buy here again & would recommend.
