Ace Furnace & Duct Cleaning

Rick, owner/operator, is a wonderful guy. Very professional and very thorough. You won't go wrong getting Ace Furnace to do the job. I am satisfied.....may I add, reasonable prices for what he does. Highly recommend Ace Furnace.& Duct Cleaning. 5 Star for sure!!

Good experience of easy booking, thorough cleaning with Rick. Friendly and knowledgeable of the air flow, furnace and vents.

Ace Furnace & Duct Cleaning is not to be trusted! Upon arrival Rick persisted that I go out and buy filters (yes red flag never leave anyone in your home alone to provide a service even when the property is empty). After 30 min upon his arrival I left for about 45 min and by the time I got back he was already packing his things and was done cleaning the furnace, supposedly 18 vents (main and basement), 2 dryer vents (similar to a duplex) and air conditioning coils. The final bill came to $500.47 which I questioned but he fed me a long story. I paid him but after he left I checked around the vents (vents and air exchanges) and there was barely any debris/dirt on the floor or even carpets which is usually the case when I get the furnace serviced. Some vents even had heavy debris/ cobwebs as if they had gone untouched since the last service I had almost 2 years ago. Because of this I reviewed my security cams and noticed the guy left for almost 30 min. I texted him to inquire about his services and he finally admitted to leaving the property and offered to redo some of the work, but at that point I had my carpets cleaned that day and a tight deadline for the new occupants. Just a bad business man, not to be trusted. I tried to reach out for a resolution and some reimbursement but didn't get anywhere. Ace Furnace & Duct Cleaning over charges and doesn't do the work. STAY AWAY!!!Thanks for the reply Rick. But why didn't you do what you charged for? Why did you leave the property for almost 30 min? I wish I could upload videos and texts to show people what work you did and what was said on text.

Rick was very professional and polite. He explained the process and the techniques used. He kept the house very clean. I would recommend to anyone, and will use him again. Matt

Highly recommend Ace!! I rent, and our landlord reached out to Ace in order to service our home. Rick came on time, and was so kind. Felt like we were inviting a friend over for coffee! :) I plan to buy a home soon and when I do I will 100% be calling Ace for furnace cleaning!

We had Rick come out to clean our home and he did a wonderful job! Very knowledgeable and caring. Was very thorough in explaining the process and how everything was going to be cleaned and even showed us what he removed from our vents...yuck! Super happy with the service and will be going with Ace the next time we need our vents cleaned.

I advise DO NOT use Ace. The owner and contact person, Rick, was VERY rude on multiple occasions. He seemed untrustworthy, unkind, unreasonable, and utterly disrespectful. I do not often experience such terrible ‘customer service’. Therefore, we will never use Ace’s (Rick’s) services in the future. Completely unsure why he was so rude on multiple occasions, as I don’t believe I was rude to him.

Rick runs an efficient, professional operation. He's quick to respond to inquiries, and his availability is very convenient. He even found time in his schedule to return the next day when I had a follow-up question about my furnace. I recommend him highly.
