The optometrist (Dr. Ravneet) here is a very nice, comforting and knows her job very well. I highly recommend this place for anybody looking for optometric diagnosis. Haven't used their service for prescription glasses so can't say about it.

They are fantastic. My glasses broke and I went in to have it repaired. They were not able to repair it because of where it broke. But Jaswinder who works there went above and beyond to find me a solution while my new lenses came in.

I wish there was a zero rating but anyways I was not satisfied with the agents or the optometrist that work at the Pearle Vision with their unacceptable policy rules of why they can’t provide patient eye’s prescription and this is something that’s never been explained before. They really did not honour customer service at any level at all. The guy I was speaking to picked up the phone and spoke very rudely with a lot of attitude and then kept putting me on hold without even letting me know he was going to put me on hold. Then he gave the phone to another person a female and she asked me what my concern was at which point I had to start from scratch and explain the issue and that I just needed an older prescription to provide my new optical store in order for them to switch out my lenses. Then she put me on hold again and the initial rude man picked up the phone again and kept asking me why I needed my old prescription. I had maybe explained the situation for 3 different people and still received no help at all. They all kept giving excuses as to why they couldn’t provide me with my own prescription. I could hear people in the background saying things about my file and displaying a lot of attitude. Overall it was a terrible terrible unprofessional experience and the sad thing is I’ve been their customer since 2016. This is a very poor way to treat a loyal customer who has been with them for several years. This place can really pick up on better customer service skills and learning to be professional for sure. I highly recommend not to visit this location.

I went there with my refuge protecting paper and told them it covers for me to get an eye exam. They got my paper and i thought everything was okay. After i got my eye exam, i told one of the employees there that how my coverage works and she told me they have some options and she told me the percentages. I told her that my paper covers everything and asked why she was asking me for money. After that, she told me they didn’t even look at my paper and they assumed that it was a study permit. I was totally shocked and got angry. At the end, they tried to checkout my paper from pc and phone and even took it’s photo. They made me pay 115$ at the end. Even if it was not my fault,it was theirs! After i left the store, they called me that government covered everything and they will give my money back. It’s almost been a month and they still didn’t call me or send my money. This is stealing. I am not really okay with it. However, if you are in my situation, i would never ever offer this place. The workers are not helping and rude. This is the worst experience that I’ve ever seen.

I ordered my eyeglasses last December, 2022, and today is January 31,2023, I HAVEN’T RECEIVED YET. The examination and choices of frames are so accommodating. But the after sales, the WORST and TERRIBLE! There were scratches on the frames, so they need to polish that first. The person incharge of polishing is coming Monday, Tuesday & Saturday. For 2 weeks, it’s not coming for whatever reason. There was a time a called up for follow-up, the lady on the line told me the pair of glasses is not coming yet. Am I stupid enough not to discover that she didn’t managed to look at my record, wait for 2 minutes and said that. She didn’t know that my glasses is already on the shop, and waiting to be polished. My advise to people going here NOT to fill-up their satisfaction survey, they will send to your email within 24hrs., because their after-sale service is the worst.
