Renfrew Care Centre

The team at Home Instead was very quick to respond to our family's needs to have immediate home care. They have provided care for our family for several years, and have always been supportive, friendly, conscientious and professional.

I visited with one of my known, the staff is very welcoming. The nurses were so down to earth and polite. I recommend this place to everyone.

My grandma stayed here for 18 months. She had great service from all the health care professionals. Highly recommend.

After getting used to the disconnect within the healthcare system I am realizing how fortunate we have been with this placement. It is hard to accept that I am no longer able to care at home for my husband. He needs a lot of care and patience. I have seen how hard everyone works to provide the best quality of life possible. All the staff are truly dedicated and doing their best for everyone with so few of them to manage all the high needs. My only regret is the difficult location for me but the more important is the supportive care given at Renfrew. There are some remarkable people working here.

Renfrew Care Center is a wonderful retirement home with caring and friendly staff. The nurses are always available to help residents with any medical needs they may have, and they really go above and beyond to make sure that everyone is comfortable and well-cared for.One of the things that really impressed me about Renfrew Care Center is the level of care and attention that is given to each resident. The staff take the time to get to know each resident on a personal level, and they make sure that everyone's individual needs are met.Overall, I would highly recommend Renfrew Care Center to anyone looking for a retirement home for themselves or a loved one. I can not thank the staff enough for caring for my mother on the dementia floor. They are kind and gentle to her and all the other patients. What else can I say?? Thankyou, Thankyou, Thankyou!!!

The doctor does not come to check on patients. Only on call. Nor were the blood tests and blood pressure taken, once a month approx for underlying health issues. Unbelieveable and unacceptable. Families need to not have blind trust in this delapitating health care system.
