I phoned June 19th to ask about a used car they have ($42K) I tell the salesperson (young female unsure of name) that I am interested in the 2017 Mustang GT and am 4hrs away and therefore would like some more info before making the trip to buy. I ask a few questions and she states she will find the answers and get back to me...One week later and I have received no return phone call. Upset, I call back on June 26th and speak to the same salesperson ( I think, not sure though) ...she informs me that the car is still available and I again ask a few questions and she takes my number and says she wil text me back with answers and a few picture as well but she will need an hour...June 28th now and still no response. ???? I then call to speak to the sales manager to complain and explain my treatment and allow him/her a chance to offer me an explanation for such terrible customer service.....I was told they were busy but would call me back in a few minutes.....they never called back either! This place is a joke and its a pretty good indication of the type of service you can expect if you decide to buy here or get service done.....I am now looking elsewhere for my car. I refuse to chase a company to give them my business...If you decide to use these bozos....good luck, you're going to need it!

Came in from Oakville to pickup a car which is still posted online. I called in to confirm if the car was still available. And the agent named Amir said it is available. The car has been listed for so many days. As soon as I got to the showroom, a AH at the reception says that the car was sold 2 hours ago. Which is not true because Amir had called me to check on my arrival and I confirmed that I will be there. He even said he arranged someone to show me the car. The guy in the reception tell me that; I don’t know what was your conversation with Amir, but the car is sold. I was upset hearing that. He again goes like I don’t have to inform apologize as you dint speak to me about it. I don’t understand why do you have Ffaces like this at the reception who can’t handle issues. What a salesman.!!!! He should be a Typical time waster.

I bought a Jeep Compass from the North York Jeep dealership on May 23, 2023. To get the right option, I requested to meet with the manager Mr. Shahram. He is very rude and unprofessional instead of giving me better service in the presence of one of the employees, Shahram said I have no duty to talk to the customer, we don't care if you buy from us or not!

For the first time booking a appointment for oil changing my brand new wrangler, after 7 days I went there and I was waiting 4 hours only oil change and they said to me there is a another car front of you sir. The question is why do we get appointment !?after 7days??? Oil change takes only 30 minutes not 4 hours. I will never come back there or any dealership for taking my time this much. The worst thing is they are calling me every day and begging the survey and I told them don’t call me again and still they are keep calling me. I don’t know what’s wrong with them !!! I hope you guys see this message otherwise I will find other way

Nice dealership. Has a large inventory. Leo is very good sales guy that helped me on a lot on my wrangler purchase.

Horrendous customer service. It’s like pulling teeth to get someone on the phone. We tried talking to James at the service department but he never returned our calls. Weeks go by and many attempts by us to get someone on the phone before you actually talk to someone. Terrible communication skills and the wait times for simple jobs like an oil change take hours.I used to own a Mazda and the service, quality of work, and timeliness at Mazda of Toronto far exceeds anything this jeep dealership can offer.I almost purchased my jeep here but the salesman (Don’t remember his name) seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. He knew nothing about the cars and just looked confused by simple questions my partner and I would ask him. I’m happy I didn’t purchase my jeep from here, they don’t deserve my money.Any time you walk into this dealership the staff is congregating in one spot just chatting away, not a single person acknowledges your existence to simply say hello regardless if they know I’m buying a car or not. Just terrible customer service all around.I’ll be looking for a new Jeep dealer to service my car.
