Purchased a vape cartridge, didn't test it immediately as former one wasn't empty, when it was time to swap it out I leaned that the new one had connectivity and clogging issues. Returned to the store with the original packaging, my receipt and a barely used product. Was informed that the cartridges are mass produced and often fail, however, over 15 days had passed since my purchase so I was told to buy a new one. Spend more money with a company that sold me a faulty product, I don't think so! Their website states We value our relationship with you

I went in looking for help with my nerve pain, the guy that helped me (English accent, sorry terrible with names if I was told) he was so helpful. I went in couple days later with friends and he remembered me and my husband and welcomed us back. I stopped by this store while I was visiting Vancouver. The guy at the store was nice but he reassured me the cart should not leak. The cart was defective and Kiaro DOES NOT let you exchange at different locations so now I am 2hrs away with no recourse. What is the point of multiple locations if you offer none of the benefits that come along with it.I am also travelling out of the country so I called in and asked Mark if they could provide some leeway on the 15 day exchange policy and he outright lied saying it was not possible due to government oversight. My job requires frequent travel so I have asked other dispensaries for this before without issue. If someone could point me in the direction of this “law” I’d love to take a look.Overall a pretty garbage experience. Wouldn’t recommend giving your money to this place as they won’t commit to doing what’s right. Plenty of other options that care more about how they treat their customers. Prices are notably higher than average too.

What a fabulous team in here. Always friendly, eager to help, very patient and knowledgeable about their products. I have never had a bad experience walking in here, more like they make my day. Very dog friendly and easy to park. Great selection of products to choose from with a clean and easy layout to see.

Whole order system is flawed. Multiple wrong products that I cant use have been given to me. The first time was a partial mistake on my part so I said today, hey why not go back and give them another chance. Went back today and got given completely wrong product from what I order on the computer screen. Will not go back again.

I have been a customer for a couple of months, only one poor round but they worked with me to make it right. Good people, thanks to Scott and the other staff.
