Worst experience ever - I went to get my acrylic nails removed which I had done from other salon. When the staff was removing it she hurt my original nail and it started paining. When I tried explaining her that my original nail is getting spoiled and is paining she completely ignored and started behaving quite rudely. She did not accept her mistake and said my nail is like that only. She went inside and spoke to receptionist and as I went to pay and showed receptionist my nail she also said the same thing and on top of that she said because I don't want to pay that's why I am doing this. Both the staff were very rude and though not sure but i think the one who did my nails was named Emmy.I paid them the full amount. I was never about money but to be considerate towards my nail and to do it in proper way. But the staff had the audacity to tell me never to visit their nail spa again if I didn't like.

Made an appointment days in advance to get my nails done for vacation — they cancelled it when I showed up because they mixed up their scheduling. Would not recommend ever. Not worth the hassle.

I booked an appointment for nail extensions at 1:30 over phone. They didn't start until 1:45, which is always the case. Whenever i get my nails done here, it always stungs for 2-3 days, i don't think that's supposed to happen. Also when they're doing nails they press on skin around the nail repeatedly, i had to ask her to not do it because it hurt so much. I have gone to other salons and I've never experienced this. The worst thing is they're disrespectful and unprofessional, they talk about you in their language all the freaking time. 3 stars because the nails don't look that bad. But I wouldn't recommend.

I walked in here at 7:40 there was a lady standing around doing nothing. I asked for shellac and she said no we are closed I asked for my eyebrows to be done she said no we are closed. Then why post that you close at 8pm then? I understand if you don’t think you had enough time to complete the service but it was the RUDE, CONDESCENDING tone that you used o address me that is completely, unacceptable and unprofessional. This place generally does shoddy shellac and nail extensions anyways and the only reason I even bother is because its convenient. DO BETTER!!!!

I tried this salon twice. Once to get a shellac removal in my UV gel nails, w French done, looked good but the shellac peeled off in two days.Next time was to get a full set and a pedicure. Full set looks like chiclets on my hands. The pedicure was good although the French on the big toes is very uneven, and the shellac started to lift on a toe nail one day after. For a full set and a pedicure it took over 2hrs.. went the next day to a different salon to get the French fixed on my toes and the full set removed and replaced. I was excited for the convince but I’d rather go for an hour drive then waste my time here again .

They always do a great job with my nail, especially the guy who works on Sunday, he is amazing. However, every time I book an appointment they are never on time. I always wait at least 15-30min and if I say something then they eventually send someone faster. They need to stop taking appointments if they can’t be ready for their customers on time, it is very frustrating.

Wonderful pedicure spa + shellac!!!This was my first time here and I booked for me and my fiance a pedicure spa and shellac for myself. They were not only very attentive but also the treatment was amazing. They put effort and time to create baby feet experience! So soft that you feel on a cloud. And the shellac was great. Even after 2 weeks it's still on and looks amazing!

Look how cute my nails are!!! I’m so happy! I never made an appointment just dropped in. This is my second time here and I’m quite satisfied. The ladies are really nice here.

Customer for 2 years come all the time. I called got an appointment for 4pm asked me to come at 3:30. I rushed and booked an Uber then called and said now it’s 4:30 because I changed my appointment too many times in the morning. I called 2:55pm to book so they are full of lies.Long term customer and good tipper will NEVER RETURN.I see them all the time mess up peoples appointments and leave them stranded
