Just want to say thanks had a great experience seemed very knowledgable with all my questions I don’t know if it was the owner or a worker but I would keep that guy around And the tub looked Brand New very nice unit

Terrible Service, they will just waste your time.Got on a phone call with the owner and agreed on a set date to deliver the rental, he said they would send the agreement and waivers to be signed. I waited a few hours then sent a follow up email requesting the documents only for the owner to respond 30 hours late to say they were all booked up for the period we had just agreed to.Complete waste of my time and effort. You are much better off reaching out to other rental companies.

We rented a hot tub in late fall and absolutely loved it! The hot tub we were given appeared to be brand new and worked marvellously for the duration of the rental. I was so pleased with how easy the entire process was and the customer service we received, from the booking, delivery, setup, and instructions on how to properly maintain the hot tub, everything was quick and efficient. They exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend ProTec to anyone looking to rent a hot tub and hope to rent again in the near future.

Renting a hot tub from ProTec was so much was easier than I thought it would be. They took the time to answer my million questions and made set up and take away such a breeze. The bucket with supplies and instructions were so helpful and they even were available to answer questions during my rental time. The hot tub was so perfect. My kids especially loved the waterfall and the pretty lights at nighttime and I loved how user friendly it was how warm it was and how relaxing it was. I would highly recommend renting from ProTec. They go over and above to make the entire rental process very smooth.
