A big medal piece in your tire on holidays in never good but the staff at Integra tire were awesome I was back on the road in 40 min. The staff were all really friendly and nice.

Be careful at this place. They like to automatically upcharge the “integrity promise” without explaining to the customer what it is or that it’s optional. When I noticed an extra $10 per tire on my bill I asked about it and the staff were fumbling over themselves about it trying to explain it to me. They had to call the owner over to properly explain it. He was rude and condescending. I don’t consider automatically charging someone for an upsell to be acting with integrity. I’ve used other integra shops and I’ll be sure to go out of my way not to use this one again.

Awesome experience, needed a new set of winters for the season and Integra was the only place that had my tire size in stock. Took literally 15 minutes start to finish and the guy working was super nice 10/10

These guys are awesome. Had two flat tires while in trail for doctors appointment . They found us the best options for our budget gave us drinks in the heat while we were waiting . We just all around great service would highly recommend

Great selection of tires at a very good price. They fit me right in when I needed a new trailer tire. Extremely nice and efficient bunch of guys. Can't say enough good things about these folks. I will definitely go there again.

I mistakenly thought I had an appointment in Castlegar to have my tires changed over, the same day I planned to leave for Vancouver from Nelson. Panicked, I called around and Trail Integra took me in last minute, squeezing me in to make sure I could keep my itinerary. They were prompt, friendly, understanding, and did great work. Definitely a business that goes the extra mile! Highly recommended.

Back in 2017 I went to Woody with my 2000 Dodge Durango that needed a new front end rebuild. He took a chance on me and allowed to pay when I could. We are in good standings there. What's not good is I found out from my current mechanic that they put in all the WRONG PARTS! Which actually done more harm than good!!! Thanks for screwing me out of $4000. You should really think about changing your name, because there is no integrity at your shop
