A furniture place. Good service, though sometimes the merchandise is slightly damaged. No problems or fuss about exchanging, reliable service for that.They also sell slightly damaged ( exterior ) appliances, as is. They have very nice sofas and other items that are original and pleasing to the eye.

When I first decided to purchase new furniture I decided to go to Branchaud with high expectations. All went well for my first purchase an electric bed for my husband then came my turn to purchase a new bed. I made sure to ask if I needed a box spring or not with my bed and the sales person said NO. Foolishly I took his word for it and my bed and mattress is getting delivered and now I need that box spring if I'm to use my bed. I called the store and this was confirmed and was told it would cost another 150.00 then have it delivered and so on or can use a plywood sheet. I broke down in tears what kind of service is that ? Sorry but the rest of our furniture will be purchased where customer service matters.
