Canadian Tire

No help what so ever. Also items are missed priced on shelf, get to the cash it's 6 times more ei: 5.95 get to the cash : argument, it's 29.95 that's after waiting 20 min. In line with 14 other people cause there's only 1 cash open and the cashier is not happy.. no one in there is happy. No one. Pay & get out.

Terrific experience. I am Shriners Hospital volunteer, and I need my car. I had a leak in a tire, and they took me in right away. No charge. I did as they suggested and checked it next day. I went back, and they took me in right away and found the leak and fixed it. My future tire business will be with this Canadian Tire. PeriodThe director is really good and he is the reason for the decision to change.

They never have the item I'm looking for. Their inventory said they had 20 in aisle 63, there wasn't a single one in the whole aisle.

Went in looking for a replacement bulb for my car's headlights - several employees (even the Cashier!) really made an effort to make sure I had the right colour and model of bulb (its not as staigtht forward as you'd think!). I thought it was nice to experience, especially in this day and age where everyone is so wound up all the time in Retail spaces. They were really good natured and helpeful.

Manager is unable to respond to customers in a respectful and professional manner. Terrible experience again.I do not recommend buying party supplies with them. Staff does not know how to tie ribbons on helium balloons. I had a horrible experience buying some party balloons with them (wasted my money!!) and I'm really appalled that the staff is untrained with how to tie balloons (come on!) and the manager is unable to resolve a situation.Mistakes can happen and staff may need to be trained however the manager is the problem. He does not care to make things right. I repeat, he does not care to make things right. The biggest problem at that store is the manager's lack of judgment. He is not a team leader for his employees he is unable to resolve situations. His facial expressions are foolish and immature (making faces to mock clients) he is willing to argue with clients and engage them in a juvenile and unprofessional manner. Why is it that the manager can act this way. Shameful. How is it that you have a manager there who does not care about clients and customer service?Never again.I would rather not shop there again.0 stars

Excellent service!!!!! Had a flat, no appointment...looked after me and sent me on my way quickly....Very helpful friendly staff at counter and in shop?

Tried to return a Canadian exclusive product which is clearly defective. Was met by a rude employee at returns desk (she told me “I know ppl who keep their receipts 12 years”) I know I don’t have my receipt but it’s an exclusive product and I’m asking you to replace it. I’m done with Canadian tire will go to Walmart instead. Their customer service is much better and that’s saying a lot.

I had bad experiences before, but the proffetional man in Canadian Tire Vaudreuil Dorion gave such good service in the Auto department, I was amazed by his service,(Head office , you need more people like him)

It was ok. I didn't find the thing I was looking for, but it's not even on the website either anymore. I found though that this store carried another item in more quantity than my local store.
