Went there the first time to get my brakes checked and an oil change. Instead of just selling me new brakes and rotors they said my brakes were still good. Reasonable prices and they don't try to upsell you on everything.I'll definitely keep going here.

Best service I have ever had and I couldn't have asked for better service and expertise. I am from out of town and this company did their very best to help me, going way beyond what was needed to get my car repaired and back in driving condition again. I can’t say enough good things about Scott’s Automotive. We won’t take our car anywhere else in the Niagara region. I’m so grateful to Brandy and the mechanics for getting my daughters car safely back on the road. They were even willing to help get her back to class on time when her car wasn’t ready. Scott has been looking after my car and SUV for a few years now. His prices are fair and the turn-around time is reasonably quick. As someone going into a mechanic shop with little knowledge of cars, he explains things to me so I’m aware of what the problem is, what needs to be addressed asap and what can wait. He is polite and honest which I appreciate.

Had a tire leaking air and my car is lowered pretty close to the ground, this was the only place I found nearby that had a lift that could lift and fix it. Great service!

Moved to the city recently and needed to find a local mechanic. Scott's had many excellent reviews so I booked an appointment to see why my engine light was on. Thankfully it was my spark plugs and top up of coolant. Brandy was so kind and helpful and the service was excellent! Highly recommend and will take my vehicle there for all servicing.
