TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Service has improved much since, still a little slow. Very courteous manager today (June 20th) and that's what important. I hope this level of service keeps up.But at least 6 months ago I tried to do a wire transfer here and was given a very horrible usd exchange rate, I was exchanging for a mid 5 digit transaction. When I politely asked if the bank personnel ( a lady in her early 40s?) if she can check with a manager to see if there is a better rate, she was very offended and claimed: I AM the manager, and this rate is final, take it or leave it. It felt like she was deliberately pushing the customer away to go home early to eat dinner. I was so disappointed, I drove to another branch at the other end of town and got my fair rate. Never came back for like 6 months, maybe longer.

This is the most inefficient branch of any bank I have EVER been to. Visit literally any other TD downtown and avoid this location at all costs.

I have been banking with TD for more than 15 years and always recommend TD to my clients and friends. However a recent experience at this branch was very disappointing. Terrible mistakes happen when staff is either negligent or untrained. Seems majority of the staff here is not fully/well trained for their job. When it comes to handling clients’ money, this is absolutely not acceptable.If you have to do your business here, ALWAYS always ask for confirmation and proof of the transaction at the end. It could just disappear in their system!!

You are completely closed, not open until6 00 PM !Where is responsible info about changing hours ?

Lost my TD credit card today, someone found it and returned it to the nearest branch (Bentall centre) and I received a phone call from the branch. I was in the middle of work so I failed to take down the name of the employee who called to let me know to retrieve my card at that same branch. I was there in 22 mins from the call but no body knew a thing & they couldn't find it. They didn't even offer to lock the card or get a new one, no solutions at all! Worst customer service from this branch out of all the other ones I've been to.

Always have a line.Customers waiting so long.The employees don't look like they care about people waiting.

Worst customer experience ever from Vanessa Dolezal with a title of Manager Customer Experience". I have been using this branch for the past 15 years and I have never had a such irrational and incompetent individual serving as a customer service rep. She would not accept to deposit a check to our business account under our Trade Name

LIDA is awesome! She makes an ordinary Vancouver day great. She was working at the TELLER section and was impressed by her professional, classy, yet friendly way of talking to customers. Haven't met anyone like her at any bank in Vancouver.

I've been to this branch several times to make deposits, and every experience was good. Tellers are courteous and friendly, their service swift but thorough. The branch is spacious and classy, being in the TD Canada Trust Tower and all, obviously catering to the downtown crowd. Despite most of my banking being done online, I would come to this location if convenient.

Unprofessional staff, who are unaware of the services they provide and would rather openly lie to you than transfer to a more experienced professional or genuinely make an effort to help you out.The branch does not provide notary public services, despite the statement on TD Bank website (or the staff simply does not know what that is).Save yourself time and visit another branch, unless it's something basic.
