Geek Squad from Gatineau in store are not willing to initialize an Apple watch I bought online since I do not own an iPhone or I haven't brought in one with me for them to use to initialize the watch... They are not equipped with that type of option in order to help an Apple Watch owner who doesn't own an Apple phone...

Worst buy, not best buy. Worst service ever. I went to return a memory card card today sunday June 4th at 11:30am that my daughter bought. The clerk at the customer service told me if I can put it in my debit. I told her no, because it's my daughter money and she paid cash. Then she said to come back in few hours. Any how I asked her to speak with the manager, smiling she said I'm the manager and this is my area". Then she said no customer paid with cash so she doesn't have cash

Only reason I gave 2 stars is because 1of the staff actually was willing to help us. Seems like the staff hate working here. Asked for help and was talked to like I was suppose to know where the item was supposed to be. Customer service is dead at this store. Cashier seemed like he'd rather be anywhere else. This is why people shop online.

I came to this store to buy a special screen protect for an iPad for drawing, one master argued that they did not have such screen , but another consultant brought him this film personally. This master" make screen 15 minutes brought me an iPad with blisters and said that he could not do anything and stick it

They are working with new systems, I paid my items with debit and when I ask for a printed receipt, they cancelled the transaction by mistake in the system. I was not reimbursed as they couldn't find the transaction but was still charged. Their response was basically too bad, the hq need to verify the transaction and maybe do the reimbursement. I am out 250$ and now waiting to see if they will reimburse me or not. DO NOT GO THERE.

Bought an AC over there bout 2 years ago, Always cleaned & Maintained, Now it's barely cold air coming out, I have an Xtra 3 year warranty, We are having a major Heat Wave, They are making us wait 2 weeks so far, Never buying nothing from there for life, And I'll make sure I tell everyone not to do business there, Alot of people told me their support is not good now I know, I have an old dog that is 13 and suffering from this heat Thx Best Buy you guys are the best...

Great service and price match on applicances. Unfortunately, they charge yearly fees if you would like to finance with Accès D. It's about 35 dollars and it can end up making a difference.
