Petro-Canada & Car Wash

Terrible car wash. It doesn't spray all of the soap off, or remove the dirt. My truck looked dirtier after.Also the dryer hit my side mirror. Waste of $16.

i have been there multiple times, gas station counter is great but the second cup staff doesn't know how to use the machine to scan your second cup card, does not wear gloves, wear mask below the nose, hand touches the lid where you drink the coffee from. Doesn't know how to put on the lid properly. Spill coffee all over inside my car. That happened multiple times and there is no improvement.

Rude staff. 8 am on a Thursday morning and the kid behind the counter wouldn’t accept the Ontario identification card I received from the government (the pink one you apply for at service Canada) Said it was a fake and wouldn’t sell a 40 yo woman cigarettes. Avoid at all costs. Not the first time we’ve received terrible service and ignorant staff. The kid even gave me the middle finger because I was upset he wouldn’t take my id ! If you’re going to work in this country at least know the forms of ID that are acceptable. Good lord. And to boot, I definitely do not look like I’m under 21 ! I had my 21 year old daughter with me. Kid on a power trip having fun being the guardian of cigarettes. Hahah.

Car wash closed most of the time! Why sell 90 days season pass, if you can’t provide the service?

SuperWorks Carwash left my windshield still dirty. I had to manually clean it and when I asked for another wash to finish the Job the first didn't do it was not given. The least helpful PetroCan I've been to.

Well that was a stressful ordeal. I just wanted a quick carwash after getting off the highway and I didn't see any information saying that I needed to buy a ticket inside to use the car wash. Why can't I just use my debit at machines like this?When I hit the assistance button and asked why it wouldn't read my debit card, I was told I would have to come inside and get a carwash ticket, and immediately hung up.Hit the button again and asked how I should get out, and the only solution was to reverse out, with cars bumper to bumper behind me, impatient and frustrated because we held them up so much. You would think they could give an option to open the door on the other side and let you drive through, but I guess not.Really wish they have something a bit more visible saying you need to pay inside rather than the smallest fine print I've ever seen on a sign.

Avoid this gas stn 100% they will rip you off for your money and if you question there counting skills they get defensive don't waste your time with this gas stn 1 can only hope they will go bankrupt and a more honest business will replace fingers crossed! The cashier couldn't count let alone do his job as I use to work at a gas stn and what the guy did was 100% wrong!

DONT EVER GO THIS STATION.Their pumps had been rigged. I usually fill a full tank at low $50ish at other locations. At this location they charge well over $60+ ! Dont ever go here again !Also the second cup regular was watery. I dont mind to have a small cup if you decided go cheap on coffee, but add water to it is a crime!
