After deciding to renovate our home, we contacted several general contractors and finally decided to go with the Trelli team. As it was a major renovation of all 3 floors, Andrew was always ready to meet and answer all of our questions to make sure that we were comfortable with what was being proposed. As with any renovation issues did arise but they were immediately discussed and a solution was found. In addition to Andrew, the rest of his team led by Mike and Bradley were meticulous in all that they did. From plans to final product, Trelli provided us with a turn-key project that turned our vision into a reality. Do not hesitate in contacting Trelli for a professionally finished renovation.

We had our house renovated recently by Trelli Construction and Housing. The team is professional, the work is outstanding, and their customer relations is the best.The pandemic, and post pandemic supply chain presented them with huge problems, but they were always very positive and helpful in making our house livable while the construction was going on around us.You should know that when you talk with Mike, Andrew is listening through his air pods, and vice versa, so don’t badmouth the absentee!!!The general standard of their work is extraordinarily high, the bathrooms are incredible, and their attention to detail was very impressive. Renovations are very disruptive and can be unsettling, but their attitude and confidence was always evident and their sensitivity to our needs added an unexpected layer to their brand. We can recommend this company without any hesitation at all.

We used Trelli to full gut renovation on the first floor of a 1912 duplex. We had structural work, plumbing, electrical and a new layout to be done. They made the whole thing easy and as stress free as a renovation can be. Although we had lots of surprises (to be expected in an old building that had never really been updated), we fully enjoyed working with the team. Andrew and Mike always answered our calls and texts which we found out while discussing with friends and family, is not not always a given when dealing with general contractors. Whenever we had questions, they took the time to answer them all. We had some issues with one or two subcontractors, however it does not deter our review of the Trelli team. Considering all this was done during the peak of Covid, we are very satisfied.

In July 2020, we started with a rather large home-renovation project converting part of our home into a second multi-generational living space. We interviewed many companies before settling on Trelli INC. and we are happy with our decision. This was a long process and so there were some unexpected surprises along the way, as there often is with these types of projects. However, Andrew & his team were always open to hearing our concerns and came up with workable solutions. Throughout the project, we felt as though our needs & concerns were being reflected in the work. As well, all the members of Andrew’s team were professional and respectful. This was very important to us, as the team worked at our place for many months. Brad & Mike, members of the Trelli team who were at our home for the majority of the project, were very knowledgeable and the passion for their work & attention to detail, was apparent in the final product. We entrusted Andrew, Mike, and the Trelli team with our complete home renovation in 2022. It was a gut job, everything needed to be redone. New plumbing, electrical, different floor plans, etc etc. Everything was torn out and they started from scratch. We were incredibly impressed. Everything was communicated clearly, all problems with the home were corrected, and the design was well planned and executed beautifully. We trusted the team when they made a suggestion because time after time it was proven to be the right choice. They found ways to save us money when they could, and were always transparent about costs. If we had an idea, more often than not, they found a way to make it happen. They were always available to pick up the phone and answer our questions. It was a significant job with months and months of work, and we couldn’t be happier living in our dream home in Dollard des Ormeaux, thanks to Trelli.

Originally dealt with Andrew from Trelli for a kitchen quote. After shopping around, the price was fair, but what really sold me was Andrew's professionalism and patience. He really took the time to explain everything and made some recommendations that I wouldn't have thought of myself.During the actual renovations, the team worked quickly and precisely. They were always on time and coordinated the delivery of materials perfectly.Overall I'm very happy with how smoothly the process went and LOVE the look of the new kitchen! I will be contacting them in the near future to redo a guest bathroom of ours!

We just concluded the renovation of our entire condo with Trelli Inc.Andrew, Mike and their crew rebuild the original house we acquired into our beautiful new home. We extended our mezzanine, levelled our floors, acoustically isolated all walls, rebuild two full bathrooms and a powder room, our kitchen and our living room.They installed heated floors in all ceramic surfaces and accomplished all the electric work, including the installation of smart plugs and the set up for the automation of the house. Our finishing is clean, classic and our new floating stairs are a show piece.We found some surprises and structural boundaries along the way and needed to make compromises that were not easy on us but that were managed very professionally by Andrew and Mike.We were always very impressed with their diligence and speed as well as their courtesy and impeccable manners (I never saw Brad without a smile on his face!).The quality and consistency of their work is visible all around our house and I could go over it in detail but that can be seen in the pictures so, we decided to bring focus to the most important quality we found with Andrew, Mike - and the entire crew really : their human quality.They listened to us and always found a compromise even when it was not easy. They were organized and clean: we never saw tools strewn about or left-over dirt from the day’s work. We always found our home presentable and secure when we visited the job site. There were always answers to our questions and they were punctual and reliable.To this day, we have normal adjustments to make and Andrew is consistently on time and available: I just had a little situation with a maladjusted tap and he came as soon as he could and resolved the issue.We really appreciate their honesty and overall respect for our relationship and the project.We renovated other units in the past and worked with construction companies and individual contractors both in Canada and abroad. In our experience, the importance of work ethics and reliability cannot be overstated.And according to our experience and criteria, we highly recommend Trelli Inc.We will be happy to work with Trelli again in the future and we wish the entire team every success in all their projects.

The Trelli team did a full reno of my master bath and kitchen in November 2022. They team was very fast and professional, delivering the project on time and on budget. They kept the work area clean and the final product was beautiful. Very happy, and will definitely use their services again in the future.
