Kal Tire

Polite, professional and efficient front counter service and they were on time. Just a change over of winter to summer tires this time. They reported on tire wear and expected life of the tires and even checked the brakes. They were even considerate enough to drive my vehicle to the door for me as I have mobility issues. Great service. Now that I know their tire policy for rotations, repairs etc. I will be going there for my future tire needs. Way better and more timely service than I have gotten from the dealership - Ill be dealing with Kal-Tire from now on.

Had a power steering belt replaced at the South Albert Kal Tire in Oct 2022. A short time later the belt started squealing again. I looked at the belt, and it was damaged. I brought it back to Kal Tire. They told me they accidentally put the belt on upside down and that it needed to be replaced. They told me that they would charge me for a new belt, for labour the remove and replace that belt, and for labour to remove the AC belt, as the AC belt was in the way. That was the point I realized I needed a new mechanic.I asked my friends on facebook if they knew of an auto mechanic in Regina who does good honest work. Three of my friends recommended Landry's Service on North Winnipeg Street. I went to Landry's. They replaced the power steering belt. They told me that the belt was not on upside down. Rather it was obvious that the Kal Tire mechanic did not take the bolts off when he replaced the belt. Rather than taking the bolts off, the Kal Tire mechanic just stretched the belt to get it on. That is what would have damaged the belt and caused it to fail.The guys at Kal Tire didn't even apologize for the mistake they made, which caused me to lose time from work and cost me money to repair their mistake. If that isn't an example of poor service, I don't want to know what is. I certainly will not be going to Kal Tire at South Albert ever again and would definitely not recommend anyone else go there either.

Had a complicated situation with winter tires needing to be shipped from Vancouver. Shawn was extraordinarily helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my tires made it to Regina in a very timely manner. They were quick in the tire change and more than reasonable prices!

Did a good job. Service was quick during my booked appointment time. This location can be very busy though, so I would recommend calling ahead or using their website to book in advance.

I have been dealing with the Kal Tire South Albert location for three years. The service has always been excellent. The staff is second to none. I highly recommend them.

Waste of 2 hours and $150 on a wheel alignment that they couldn’t even do properly and then told me that their east location has a newer wheel alignment machine that would work better. Will not return to another Kal Tire location as theres always a problem and poor service when I go to one

Late in 2021 I was informed by a big box auto service centre that a severe camber alignment issue on one wheel would cost me $2,000 to repair due to rusted/seized parts. Since that price seemed outrageous to me I decided not to get the wheel alignment done and simply replace the quick-wearing tire on a regular basis. Fast forward to January 2023 (2 tires later) I visited Kal Tire on South Albert in Regina to get my tires replaced. I conveyed the details of the seized components on one wheel and they said they would have a look at it and do the wheel alignment if it was possible. I didn't have much hope that the alignment could be performed by Kal Tire because, if it was rusted and seized in 2021, it's going to be infinitely worse now. HOWEVER, when I picked up my car the alignment was completed (with a little extra effort) and the camber was adjusted to very near 0.00%! I have to commend and thank the Kal Tire staff for going the extra mile to get me back on the road safely and, at the standard price of a wheel alignment. Thank you guys... 5-Star Service!
