Frequented this Tim hortons for the past few months due to convince and the service is always horrible. Drive thru staff didn’t acknowledge me and shoved the debit machine forward for me, she ignored me and proceeded to repeat the same question to her coworker about pastries. The bagel I ordered also has 1/10 the cream cheese it should of and wasn’t cut.

Raising prices yet again! The food and service at this location has gone straight downhill! Wait times increased, quality of product hasn't change or gotten worst! You should be ashamed of yourself! Today was my last visit at this location after 20 years! I'll be going to your competition where at least the prices are in line with the quality of service and product they serve. Just wondering if they switched owners or the existing one just doesn't care anymore.

Not usually one to leave a review at a fast food place. But I feel the need to since the service we have at my own local Tim hortans is always so bad & they are ALWAYS out of product. I am just blown away with this location in Chatham. They are quick, efficient. My food I ALWAYS hot & they are never out of ANYTHING I ask for.The staff is also SO amazing! You can absolutely tell they have great management. Tim Hortans is not an easy place to work & good management makes a huge difference. So you can see that with this store here compared to others

they know its me ordering coffees thru the drive thru. my red tray gives it away plus my voice cause im always so friendly as they are back to me. Love the workers.

This seems to be only drive thru I actually have to put my car in park and shut it off the wait is so long here . I pulled up to window (my coffee already made sitting on counter) lady walks away to get my muffin and lady had time to stack 3 more coffees up behind mine. Attendant then walked away again after giving me muffin. Then walked away from me again with coffee still sitting on counter. Then when she finally came back to window it was like what . I said my coffee please . Real snotty the girl said here . I said by the sound of your voice that apology sounded sincere.She then replied . You DONT LIKE IT DONT COME BACK.°°AND I WONT.period. I use to frequent this Timmy's on daily (2-3 times) now NEVER AGAIN!!!"

Went to drive thru at about 1:30 am.The young girl was unintelligent and seemed to not believe I wanted the items I ordered and asked me if I was sure about each item.I waited three minutes at the window for her to make 2 coffees and grab one donut. I held my rewards card for her to scan and she just looked at me like an inquisitive puppy until I asked if she was going to scan my card. Then I informed her that I would pay via tap and she looked at me like she didn't believe me.Its highly possible this employee was impaired in some way.

Other Tim Horton locations offered the Smile" Chocolate Chip cookie as an option for a Breakfast Combo. The owner of this location was flat out uncompromising in allowing me the same. Although I understood her point of view

Always out of stuff make you pay then tell you they don't have it and try to force you to take something you don't even want don't recommend there's like 10 other tim Hortons in chatham don't go to this one
