Very kind people. They helped me out when I really needed it for my cat!

Just went to buy dog food yesterday, had surgery on my arm, so it’s in a sling. 2 workers behind the counter. Neither one of them offered any assistance to carry the 40 pound bag. So rude, lazy and thoughtless. I managed to struggle myself carrying it to the car while they watched. Wow!

For all your pet care needs, pet value has everything you would need and more. I go there with my family for our seven cats. I've noticed a difference in their health shiny coats, so please do take a trip in there. You'll see the difference in your animals. More healthier

Informed staff. Well stocked.

Went in to buy dog food for my puppy and the food was out of stock on the shelf. I asked the employee out front if they had any out back and he instead brought be back to the empty shelf. I stated the food that was there was not what I needed. I needed medium puppy food and all that was left was small breed puppy food. I informed the employee I needed the medium (smaller bag). He checked out back and informed me they were currently out of stock but said I could just buy 2 bags of the puppy food that was in stock. I once again informed him that is was not the food I needed. He then shrugged his shoulder and said “oh well”…. I have never experienced such arrogance from a pet store employee. I certainly won’t be returning.
