Captain's Table Restaurant
Really enjoyed the Halibut with fresh cut fries and gravy. Delicious. Homemade pumpkin pie with whipped cream was amazing.

Love their food. We usually get the Seafood Platter to share and the portions are always generous. Their service is the best.Definitely worth the drive :)

Pretty decent place. Clean and friendly service and the breakfast was fulfilling. Great portion sizes. Would certainly recommend this place.

The fish was so overcooked we thought it was haddock. When we mentioned it to the cashier on the way out she bit our head off saying they don't make mistakes.she way beyond rude and even told us not to come back as we were leaving.I watched the cook use her bare hands to take things outta the freezer right into the fryer basket several times without washing her hands,not to mention that no one had a clean uniform.Maybe this place was great back in the day..but it's days are numbered between greasy overcooked food to incredibly rude cashiers... buyer beware!

Captain's Table Restaurant
My daughter and I enjoyed a very large order of Halibut and Chips. We were early for the Lunch Menu but the Owner made sure that we still had the Order we wished. Be prepared to pay a little extra for the Halibut but the size of the serving makes it all worthwhile. Though the interior is a little dated, the restaurant was still quite roomy and very clean. I recommend you visit The Captain's Table, the next time you visit Hastings, Ontario.

If your looking for an old school place that has amazing food at great prices than look no further. Dont go anywhere else for fish and chips as this place cant be beat. But to be warned, the two pieces of fish is a lot of food so be prepared to eat. You will not be disappointed. The hidden gem in Hastings. Great job Captains Table!!!!
