If I could give an extra star I would. Renovated the fireplace with the horizontal chard cedar and it's truly stunning. Their stains gorgeous. Excellent craftsmanship. Quality products. What really sets Charclad in its own league is their dedication to customer service. The owner is very knowledgeable, friendly, and will go above and beyond to make sure your project is managed and set up for success.

This company is outstanding! Last year I reached out to Charclad and asked if they would be able to make me a set of wall shelves. Even though my request wasn't what they normally did, Markian was completely accommodating. He created 5 gorgeous shelves for me, I am still as in love with them as I was when I first saw them!A couple of months after receiving my shelves, I was in the market for a new record stand. And after having such an incredible experience with Markian, I decided to reach out to him to see if he'd be able to make me one. To my delight he did not hesitate and was happy to take on the project. I had an image in my head of what the stand would look like and Markian managed to bring that image to life. We are so happy we decided to use Charclad for our guest bedroom. We're received so many great comments from our guests. It transformed our normal room into a room with so much warmth and character. Markian was terrific to work with - the quality of the wood and his help with the install (just 1 day), made for an easy project. Our only regret is not doing it in the master bedroom.
