I've been hearing about the tea leaf salad for years, and it is one of the most exciting things I've ever had in my mouth! The spring rolls have a unique flavour (good!). The Drunken Beef was quite sweet, but not overboard. The flat rice noodles have a nice flavour profile, like everything else. Next time we'll ask for more sprouts in the noodles. Portion sizes are moderate, service was fine. The decor is fantastic!

Terima kasih!! Best Laksa I ever had, period.Dope home cooking style Malaysian food in a take-out style open-plan kitchen setting. This place is super busy and always bustling with locals and is a tribute to how authentic the food is. A great menu with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options or alternatives without sacrificing any of the yum!We both opted for the traditional Singapore Laksa 新加坡特色叻 which was super yummy, plentifully packed with a large portion and variety of proteins. The broth itself is a perfect balance of coconut and aromatic spices, I actually got mine with the 'spiciest or hottest' modification which was really good and nicely took some of the creamy edge off, however it really wasn't that spicy at all to be honest. I tried my partners which was the default mild and without the extra chilli paste would have been way too creamy for me.The Fish Cakes (bebola ikan) were phenomenal and worked as a great compliment to the meal! Extremely fresh, home made and no fuss grub with solid ingredients and flavors. There isn't a lot of Malaysian food around Greater Vancouver, this place is a gem worth heading too. Everything was cooked with awesome precision, presented well and cooked with exciting ingredients and flavors.Support local businesses!

Haven’t been here since they changed ownership. Nothing changed in terms of decor. The laksa was delicious. It had a nice creamy coconut curry broth. Very flavourful. The Hainan Chicken and Satay Chicken were pretty solid as well. Really wish they could fix their kitchen ventilation though. My hair and clothes smelled like the kitchen after the meal.

We heard about this place for recently and was excited to finally be able to visit it. We are Malaysia and missed our local delicacy. Unfortunately, we were very disappointment with the dishes. There is no wok-hei" aka "BBQ aroma" in the mee goreng and chow kuey tiaw (flat noodle)

This is our local spot which we frequent a lot. Whether taking out to bring home or eating at the restaurant, the food is consistently solid. The Laksa is delicious, the roti canai is a guilty treat and the papaya salad, so good for you. I also love the basil eggplant. Generous servings, fairly priced. Feels like an extension of our kitchen. Home cooked meal!

Had the Laksa, hainan chicken, and roti. Laksa was not too thick and nicely balanced, more on the spicier side but very flavourful. Hainan chicken was nicely marinated and nice flavour, sauce enhances the flavour of the chicken and rice. Roti was a really good appetizer, fluffy and crispy and the sauce added a nice little curry flavour, not too strong.

Authentic laksa! Was mildly skeptical when I saw it was open by Myanmar owners for a Malaysian restaurant, but that was all gone when we tasted their curry laksa and also Hainan chicken rice. Big portions, actually having meat and prawn, very flavorful rice, and crunchy bean sprouts. Even though we went in closer to closing, they still served us. Slightly longer than anticipated wait (I'd prefer if it came faster so I can leave before closing), but worth the wait. Very cool neon decor as well. Make this one of your foodie stops!

Great food, thicker soup base on the laksa is a preference, but it wasn't runny. The Pad Thai was the bomb as was the roti. Atmosphere was the old Frenchie's 60era drive through decor... So abysmal. But let's be honest you came for the food.
