Source Office Furniture - Markham

From the moment we walked into the showroom, we received a friendly greeting from the receptionist and were given the opportunity to browse the store without feeling any pressure from a salesperson. Almen Ma, salesperson, was able to answer any of our questions and make suggestions of options. He was always prompt to reply to any emails, and arranged delivery and installation in a timely and professional manner. The customer service was outstanding! The installation team of Kevin, Shayne and Pepe from SL Installations was efficient, friendly and we were extremely pleased with their service! I highly recommend both Source Office Furniture and SL Installations.

Worked with Source office furniture for new desk in our offices. Our spaces need toe functional for office work and storage and Source Office Furniture Markham was great to help us out. Ashley was very accommodating to meet our unique office needs.

We purchased our office furniture from here and had a great experience. Our account executive (Alex) helped us through every step of the way, from product selection, organizing delivery & assembly and following up. The price is very competitive, especially considering the quality of the product. Also, really liked that they have a big show room where with samples. Makes the purchasing decision so much easier when you can actually sit on the chairs/ try out the desks, instead of just trying to see pictures from the website. Would highly recommend!

Source Office had great options for our office, Dwanne was a great help and came to my office to make sure all items purchased would fit in its space. He was very well informed on his product. I Will be going back to order the rest of our furniture for the second half of the reno.

Ashley is a very nice and friendly salesperson. She replied my email promptly and gave helpful suggestions on office furniture according to the information I provided. I will definitely come again next time if I need office furniture and also recommend the shop to my friends.

Although we didnt keep the desks we ordered for our new office, Rodney and the folks at Source office furniture in Markham were awesome. they were easy to contact, always replied to our emails and even gave us a discount on our restocking fee when we had to return the items we purchased. everything was done in a timely manner and the folks there were great. we even liked the desks we choose they just didnt really reflect the colour of what we saw on the website (which is pretty normal for office desks). would totally go with them again in the future based on their products and customer service.

Pricing and quality of the furniture is great! Customer service is excellent, we had an issue with wrong parts, John (Manager ) arranged everything in 24 hours thank you for your customer care. Hope to do more business with you

I don't really have much experience in buying office furniture but this place is pretty impressive! I really was quite blown away at the fact that you can really see and feel the differences between the cushioning of the chairs, something you can't easily do at Staples - because the selection here is just amazing. Super nice staff too and a very spacious showroom!

I had the best experience with this company. I ordered about $15000.00 worth of office furniture. From the onset at their showroom I was met by outstanding customer service. I can’t say enough about the way Rodney helped me find exactly what I needed for an oddly shaped and challenging space like mine. He helped me choose every piece and configured everything I wanted to exactly how I wanted it. They measured my office and everything was the perfect fit. I dealt with Alex on one occasion and he was also a gentleman offering to assist in any way and I felt that they all Meant it. They outsource the furniture assembly to a company named ACE. Get them to asrrmbke everything. They send an army of guys in who are super nice, respectful of you, your space and very helpful. I didn’t have an elevator booked and boxes from 50 items. Huge huge boxes. They took 3 elevaror full items out into the freezing cold and took it all with them. I will buy things from them always. The quality of the furniture is also great. Very durable looking but sleek. Thanks to everyone for making a very stressful week run smoothly.
