I can’t say enough about their customer service. I walked in after my ring had been badly bent by another store in the mall while being cleaned (which they denied they ever did and said I gave it to them like that), and asked if they could send it away to be fixed and how much it would cost. Brian and Sarah looked at it and Sarah said she could fix it right there in store. She gave it back to me within 10 minutes and it was perfect again, and shining clean. While we were there Brian and Sarah also showed us wedding bands that were pretty sure we will come back and purchase! Thank you so much for the amazing experience - I left the other store in the mall crying because they ruined my ring and would do nothing about it and Peoples had me leaving with a huge smile on my face.

Went here for my birthday a few days ago, Jacob helped me out and I had a very pleasant experience, they helped me find a ring that fit me perfectly and was absolutely beautiful! Hope to do business with these people again in the future!

My husband and I both purchased all our rings here. They have great service, remembered us when we came in time after time and always were so helpful and kind. Getting married as young as we are, we received a lot of judgement from other jewelry stores, but here they were so nice and encouraging. We will purchase from them for years to come!

Very disappointed, I’ve bought lots of items from the peoples in the past and had no issues until recently. In July 2020 I put money down on an engagement ring for my girlfriend, I went into the store in August to put more money down on the ring and was told that peoples jewellers cancelled lay away plans due to COVID so I would get all my money back. That was fine but here it is the end of December 2020 and still have not received any of my money back. Each time I contact the store or go in to see where my money is I get the run around. The latest run around was on November 10 2020 when the manager said that a hand written cheque was being expedited from there head office in Texas. Still have not received any of my funds yet
