Would be a great gym if they actually had staff and management that care. The place is always a mess. You can come in first thing Monday morning and the weights are at opposite sides of the gym, like it was left the day before. Members won’t care more about the gym than the staff/management do, so something needs to be done. I assume staff are underpaid because of how little they care.It is always dirty, the cleaning staff is on location cleaning AS people are working out, absolutely no cleaning is done after gym hours which makes zero sense to me. Never seen that before. Bathrooms/change rooms are just gross.Great location and good size, has potential to be a great gym if managed properly.

I joined in early December and canceled my membership early February. Unfortunately it wasn’t what I was looking for. if you’re looking for a gym to just go in and use the subpar machines and walk out the door without the extra bells and whistles then I suppose this place will do. But I personally was looking for something more. I also didn’t find the staff very helpful and at times not too friendly. But for me, it was the cleanliness and the lack of it, I went to three different locations and it was the same at every location so I thought it was best for me to just cancel and move on somewhere else

3 stars is a fair evaluation.The facilty is well lit and ventilated, there is plenty of space. They could be the best gym in the city if they want to,Lockers need some love guys! I go two days in a raw and the same garbage still on the floor hasn't been cleaned! The drink water dispenser is out of order for the last 2 weeks!!Staff are glued to their phones , know one is cleaning up, re-racking the weights, tiding up the machines or wiping the floors from spills or sweat. Common!

I used the pool only as I length swim. The pool is clean and about 25 yards long. The hot tub is great. The temperature of the pool was off at times, but that would be my only complaint. The changerooms were clean and well cared for.

My daughter has a membership at LA Fitness and she especially likes the Vega location.The staff are very friendly and helpful and the facility is well kept. Today I had some questions about my daughter's membership.I called and spoke with Paulo, the Manager.Paulo was very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodatingand I was so glad I spoke with him. He made my day. :)It's a great spot and my son wants to join now too!

Overall location is great, but this review focuses on something else.This review is potentially aimed at future or current customers.Organized theft is taking place in the locker room section of this gym location. Credit and debit cards were stolen from someone I know personally. It didn't happen right away, and for sure a specific group selects and seeks out people by carefully analyzing their overall time and management in the gym.*No cameras in locker location*It is a great spot for potential crime.I encourage everyone to at least activate the security alerts in your banking app. Learn how to manually block a credit card using your banking app as soon as you see suspicious activity (does not work with debit card). See how much you can buy in one day (by card) when shopping online - This is how robbers work - these types of transactions are fast and easy - no need for PIN.At last! Keep your money and cards close at all cost.Avoid stress...Hopefully this helps.

This Gym has become a disappoint. Weight never put back change room is a disaster. Dirty, lockers damage but never fixed. In need of redesign. Gym was revamped during/after locked down. Gym etiquette is none existent. No one monitor activity in the gym. Complaint a few times.

The staff is extremely helpful, I dropped in to take a quick look at their facilities. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of equipment and machines available. Tamim gave a quick tour of the gym and was extremely helpful in answering any questions I had and in setting up my account. Also as mentioned by the other reviewers, the gym is at a great location

Terrible terrible customer service!!I have been trying to cancel my gym membership from past one week. I gave them a call and they said they cannot cancel the membership over phone. I said i want to talk to your manager they said manager is on lunch break. They said manager will give me a call after lunch break. Then they said I have to visit their branch between Monday - Friday anytime between 9am - 5pm for cancellation. When I went to their gym, they said their manager is on lunch break as always, No surprise!!They said manager will be back in 2 hours. Great place to work I would say which offers 2 hours lunch break to their employeesThey again asked to leave a phone number and manager will give a call. No phone call from manager at all. I am not sure if they have any managers or not, or those managers even work or just eat all day.

The gym facility itself is nice.However it is a total mess, weights are scattered throughout the gym, even in the women's only section. Staff don't care. I brought this up with the manager and she provided no solutions, not my problem"Before leaving I asked the gym manager for her managers contact information to which she replied with "have you thought of cancelling your membership and going somewhere else?"The lack of leadership and accountability from the manager seeps through to the staff. Stay away from this location."
