Freedom Mobile

Ordered a phone boxing day. Was told I would receive the phone in 3-5 business days. At 5 business days I reached out asking where the phone may be.I was then told that due to the volume of orders it is now 7-10 business days simply to receive a confirmation for my order. And an additional 7-10 business days for the phone to actually be delivered.It would have been faster and easier to go into the store. But the promotions were only available online.The customer service at this point is only OK. Bare minimum.I'm at the point of regretting to choose freedom and my contract hasn't even started yet. Yippee.....Update:I got my phone. I tried to activate and change my phone number, as I was told I would be assigned a temporary number and can change it to my existing number when I receive the phone.After several hours of back and forth with Bell, and freedom. I am now told I can not keep my current number.The very first thing I asked before purchasing was I need to keep my existing number" and was told there is no issue in doing so.I am irate. I will be bringing the new phone to the store tomorrow to return and revoke my plan. I will be taking my business elsewhere unless they can accommodate keeping my 705 number."

When I first bought my phone it was a good experience but when the phone started to malfunction (not due to me and under a year) they wouldn't do anything even after the guy said he would replace it and agreed that it was a phone malfunction. Now it warranty issues that he wouldn't cover all of a sudden. I need to call the manufacturer. Horrible experience. I do not recommend that location. Lindsay mall.

Went in with low expectations of what phone I would be able to get. Walked out of there with the best phone I think you can get from this carrier . Extremely happy and found the experience of getting a new phone very positive. Everything was explained line by line and I walked out with a full understanding of what was what and what prices were and why. Very satisfied. Thank you Freedom Mobile.

Don't buy nothing from these guys there a bunch of crooks we got a family plan there he promised us that the have the best deals and service that's a lie my phone barely works anywhere. I whent back the first Two week after taking the phones and complained about how bad my reception is anywhere and he kept telling me it's going to get better ,well it never did and now I'm stuck with this useless service for two years ...Can't wait to get rid of them the are the worst I've ever had for cell services...

Kinar was very helpful hooking me up with a new iPhone 12 and plan at a fair price. I recommend freedom mobile, the service is excellent, very much improved over the years. That’s coming from someone who has Beene member with freedom since its launch 5 years ago.

Very positive experience dealing with the staff at Freedom Mobile at Lindsay Square.After three phone calls with customer support they were still giving contradictory information regarding an offer so I decided to try my luck at the store.Rutvik was very professional and patiently worked with their customer support to figure out the issues and was able to help me.Much appreciated. I am very pleased with the service and friendliness of the staff at Freedom mobile. I switched because the service I had at another provider seemed like every month my bill was confused.with added charges and I could not resolve the issues. Freedom mobile provided their services for less than half what I was paying the other provider.

Excellent customer service! Both staff today went above and beyond to help me get my new phone and the right plan for me. I’m so glad I switched to Freedom. Customer service experiences overall have been so much better than larger providers. Bravo!

I went there for an urgent matter and the associate at the store Kinar (I hope I got your name right) took care of my service request very fast and efficiently! I am very pleased with the Freedom mobile coverage and continued excellent customer service! Highly recommended!

I would avoid this shop at all costs. If you have an issue with freedom mobile service, they will not help you. They'll send you back to where you purchased the SIM card, even if they aren't a freedom mobile affiliate.I cannot in good conscience recommend a business so unprofessional as to refuse helping a paying customer having trouble with their service.
