Staff at this location really go above and beyond here. Were very helpful when we recently adopted our second pup, and always friendly whenever we stop by. Also great supporters of the community and pet-focused organizations.

The staff at this location are genuinely the sweetest. Just took my anxiety driven Tibetan mastiff for tubby time and they were so calm and patient around him. Made for such a beautiful experience. We will be coming back!

Went there today.And yeah it’s a pet store it has everything you need. Which is great.But the staff working today gave off a “too cool to be working there vibe”3 of them just piled into the till area talking about what the girl is going to do to her hair. Which I mean, cool, that’s not the issue.When I was being run out (by one of the guys) she was just rolling her eyes at everyone that walked in, no smile or greeting. Just a super weird vibe from her.I left feeling like I intruded on her day.Usually the staff here are really helpful and make what is usually a boring errand a pleasant experience but not this time. This time it was weird.

Friendly staff eager to help. Had what I was looking for. The raw knuckle bones perfectly satisfied my gigantic bread dogs. Will definitely go back for more. Cheers

Very nice team of staff. They were super helpful when we got our dog. As a first time dog owner they were patient with all our questions and gave us great advice. It's been 1 1/2 years now and I keep coming to this location because of the good customer relationship.

I've usually had a great experience at this Bosley's but this last time was different. The sales associate, Mohammad, was following me around the store like a dog on a scent. I got the impression that, as a young person of colour, I was almost scrutinized for walking in or that I was going to steal something. No matter what aisle I was in, I had a tail. It was pretty insulting at best. I've shopped here since my dog was a pup, but no longer. Poor profiling, and poor service.

I have been to this location SO many times. My fussy senior cat would abandon a flavour of food at the drop of a hat and it was never a problem to exchange for something else.My senior cat recently passed away and they were amazing in helping me with returning the recently purchased unopened food, accepting my donation of some other items for local animal shelters and offered their condolences. They really care about your pets and understand that they are family members.I highly recommend this location.
