I have hired Vancouver Sound and Lights at least six times in the past four years, and they have performed admirably on some very challenging events including the Crazy8s Film Screening Afterparty at Science World where they only had 3 hours to set up two stages, and for the All Nations Festival in Coquitlam where they built out a large Main Stage requiring engineering and city department approvals. VSL owns a lot of different equipment for events; it's very unusual to be able to get stage AND pipe and drape, AND tables and chairs from the same company. We organize several events per year, and we've produced numerous successful events with the help of Vancouver Sound and Lights, using everything from sound gear, to staging, to lighting, to pipe & drape. They provide great service, and have reasonable prices. We will definitely use them again in the future.

We put on a fundraiser and booked Conrad and his team to do the stage and sound. On the morning of the event our supplier for tables and chairs and tents did not show up. When we called them we learned they had got the date wrong. Conrad and his team jumped into action and literally saved the day.
