I purchased a soft tub (model 220) from Mike at the trade show in Medicine Hat several years ago. I actually purchased the show model, but to my surprise, Joe & His wife actually brought one with them that Sunday from Calgary still in the original packaging. And then proceeded to get it into my place, and onto my patio where Joe then completely set it up. OMG, I had never experienced such wonderful customer service in my life. This gentleman went above and beyond for me. As a matter of fact, he told me that if for some reason the tub would not fit on my small patio, he’d refund me in full. I was so impressed with everything. He went over all the hot tub do & don’ts all while a snow storm was brewing and they had to pack up the showroom at the Cypress Center and get back to Calgary. I purchased all supplies directly from them over the years. They made it easy for me as back then I didn’t even have a credit card. I paid cash for the tub, it included a new filter and enough chemicals for about 6 months. I used it Year round, it works like a charm. I’d highly recommend Joe and his crew for all your soft tub needs. Mine is a 4 person tub with 5 jets. The lid has locking straps, the tub has lights that change colour. The thermostat is super easy to operate. I love this tub, and I love this business. The tub is made for use in Canada in all seasons. Thank you Joe and Softub 2000 in Calgary.

I have owned 2 softub 300’s over the last 15 years. I would not recommend Softub to someone looking for a hot tub.This review is for both the product itself and this location.Product:Temperature: it starts getting colder the second you take off the lid and get in. The low-energy motor heater just can’t keep up to the open lid heat loss.Very temperamental about the voltage input.It will work in any 110v socket but when issues arise, service techs and troubleshooting guides insist that a dedicated circuit should be used for the tub alone.Replacement parts are very expensive, and there aren’t many alternative options. Used or refurbished parts are rare. No aftermarket non-OEM options that I can find.The foam lid - super light weight when new... don’t forget to buckle it down it will definitely blow off (3 times last summer). Lid is Extremely heavy after it ages a few years and water finds its way inside. Looking for some warranty coverage? Nope... water is probably coming in from the top... should have bought the soft-tub outdoor cover (additional cost tarp accessory) if you’re going to keep it out side.The motherboard. If there’s a problem.. it seems to be this. I have replaced the motherboard 4 times (twice for 2 tubs) at 700$ new. Original part lasted 8 years,replacement lasted 3 and service shop guarantees nothing about it, even if they do the labor. Replaced it. Bought a used hydropack(motor unit) kijiji special. motherboard dies 2 years later, replaced that mono with a refurbished one on eBay it died after 2 years. Revert back to original motor Saturday and today it’s not working again.It has been a great cheap way to keep kids happy in warm water over the years, but if you want a hot tub... don’t buy a softub. It’s like the kiddie pool of hot tubs.

Joe and Lorie are wonderful people and very knowledgeable. They know everything there is to know about Softubs. They are honest, helpful and helped us chose the tub that was right for us. It was so easy to set up, the tub is so comfortable to sit in and they explained how to do maintenance in a way that was easy to understand. The tub eliminates our aches and pains, my anxiety levels have dropped down low, and soaking in the tub is a great way to relieve stress. We look forward to seeing them again when we buy our accessories for the tub.

Excellent customer service. We bought our tub in 2020 at the beginning of the pandemic. It has been fantastic, easy to maintain and the folks at Soft Tub are helpful with any questions.

Joe and his wife are amazing. So helpful and an amazing family run business. They have gone above and beyond even coming to our home when we had questions and concerns and taught us what we need to do. We love our soft tub and use it daily. Beat purchase ever and I would highly recommend going there.

I have been a customer for over 20 years and i am only on my second hot tub. Everytime i have needed them they are always very helpful. A soft tub is easy to maintain. I am very happy with mine and would recomment the same for anyone that is looking.
