I did not anticipate that I would actually find myself in this time of grief being happy. I did not know what to expect; however, this has been a great experience for myself and family. I can't find anything to suggest for improvement. The staff at Ogden funeral Homes made this personal. I felt that they focused on us, paid attention to our needs; questions and concerns. Family flew in from different places and along with friends were very complimentary of what Ogden had done for us.I would like to give a special thank you to Ms. Hannah. My mom transitioned very unexpected when we were all hoping for her recovery. In my deep grief and shock, Sunny was patient and thoughtful. He walked me through the details with his expertise and empathy. I am thankful for Sunny reminding me of the legacy left by mom and his dedication to get my family through the challenging time to say goodbye to mom. Ogden is a very classy funeral home staffed by very professional funeral directors. They were extremely helpful with my mother's funeral, from planning to execution, everything was done with the utmost respect. Funeral Director Hannah was especially kind and empathetic to our family and we are so thankful!

First and foremost, thank you to the staff and especially our funeral director, Mr. Kwan, who was both very professional and sympathetic to the death of our family member. I've been here a few times before as a visitor many years ago for others and now as a grieving person and each time, the service was done exceptionally. The explained very well and proceedings went very smoothly and timely.The facilities were clean and the space for the visitation was wonderful. Having visited several funeral home, this one really felt comfortable with the lounge area, clean washrooms, friendly staff and open areas with lots of lighting.Pricewise, it is expensive... But that's every funeral home. Relative to others, it's competitive and reasonable... Though one can always hope it maybe could've been cheaper. Service to price, I thought the value was there. 多謝關先生。

Clarissa and Tracy did a fabulous job looking after our grandmother's funeral. They were very attentive, thoughtful and kind and met our every need. Our family was very grateful for the level of care and compassion given to us on such an important day. I will be recommending this place to anyone who needs an empathetic care staff for their family's funeral arrangements.

Thank you Scott Matthews for taking care of my family funeral arrangements for my mom as you were respectful, kind, compassionate, in a difficult circumstances that was was very difficult day for my whole family as it is never easy to say goodbye to loved dearly family member that loved and believed in Christ!! I thank you for also comforting my family in a time a need!! Even the after funeral arrangements like going to pick out a urn you opened the front doors like a gentleman!!!
