I'm torn about this review because I grew up in the neighborhood and this store is considered a relic.For as long as I can remember, its always bern staffed by two ppl (husband and wife or brother and sister)They have NEVER been friendly. EverEach time I go into the store, I'm never greeted. Theres a sayin in chinese give them gold cow and they wont smile"I read a post from someone that was confused by the negative reviews and said it was racism. Lol.I'm chinese

A cute little place for home decoration items! The owner was super friendly and the price was fair.

It was a horrible experience. The owners were very obnoxious and rude. They don't know how to treat their customers with respect or appreciation. We did not feel welcomed at all, we felt we were under constant watch. The rules of the store were almost invisible. That being the rules of taking photos or pulling out a camera. Upon taking a photo (we did not know there were no photos allowed; was not clear) the shop owner viciously demanded the photo to be deleted and would not leave until they got proof it got deleted. We were unaware of the small sign that was almost completely hidden. Would not recommend coming here, the attitude and behaviour is absolutely unacceptable.

I love stopping by this shop in Kensington, perfect place to get small interesting gifts! They have very cute woven bags and really affordable accessories.

Do not shop here and do not support these rude owners.The moment you walk in, you know what you're going to get into. The whole shop is littered with hand-made signs telling you to don't do this"

There were many wicker items to look at and the price are fair. Besides you get to buy them in person, no extra shipping.

No idea why there are so many negative reviews! Racism??? The workers are nothing but nice every time I go in, they've even given me surprise discounts! Lots of nicely made bamboo/wicker/woven goods, just about anything you could ask for. I have things in my home that I bought from this shop 5 years ago and they are still in perfect condition. Love this place!

I really don't want to give a bad review. But the employees here seem to really dislike customers. Asking them questions seem like you're bothering them/annoying them. I understand everyone has bad days. But from my few visits here the mood/atmosphere seems the same.

I had a really good experience at this shop recently when I went in to buy reed mats for my balcony. The owner was very helpful with the pricing and showed me my choices. He wrapped up my three heavy mats so I could easily carry them. I am surprised that there are so many negative comments here! I found the couple who own the store to be nice people.

Everything is so cheap and cute! Really great place for souvenirs or gifts!
