They give me this ice cup today I didn’t see they give me a cup which was break and it’s looks like this ice cup was did before I order cuz it didn’t look fresh and it’s too dark I didn’t liked today’s service at all we can’t waste money for something good

FOR THE SECOND TIME THEY LOCKED MY CREDIT CARD SO I WAS UNABLE TO BUY GROCERIES AND MEDICINE. THE WORST GAS STATION IN LAVAL. ALWAYS LONG LINE UP AND THE MACHINE TELLS YOU YOUR CARD IS INVALID. WORST OWNER, WORST COMPANY, AND BY FAR THE WORST EMPLOYEE BEHIND THE COUNTER. DO NOT BOTHER, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Yes it's a busy station with 10 or 12 pumps , went for a car wash around 6pm , because their car wash is frequently out of service I called before , twice no pick-up , third time the harried girl barfed up something in an unknown language that sounded ok then hung-up on me .Basic curtesy , client is # 1 ...........heh not here

Day and afternoon shift pending who working is very slow to a point where there is 6 or 7 customers waiting in line. Too much unnecessary chit chat with clients, trying to sell everything from a lighter to lotto tickets to a car wash. Over night is not bad, one who's always sleeping and need to be waken up for service, could probably grab what you need and go,he wouldn't notice the difference. lol, another one that normally work graveyard and been there for quite some time and is very a good employee awake,friendly and courtious.

Starting to get annoyed at the fact that the carwash is almost always not working in some form or other. When it's cold they shut it down. When it works, either the soap is not fully working or the timers have been adjusted so that your car wash which costs over 10$ lasts alot less.Really pathetic.

Customer satisfaction is not a priority on the mind of the attendant at this station.I purchased a Deluxe car wash with my Esso points. The three color foam did not properly dispense and the blow dryer left the sides of the van all wet which then froze into a sheet of ice. I advised the man behind the counter that the equipment was not functioning properly and that he should shut down the wash for repair. He said that my vehicle looked washed, through the glass pane in the store which had glare from the sun on it. He didn’t even move forward from his position to look more closely. The van on the rear was clearly not washed properly and if he took the moment to step out to look he would have seen it for himself. I also find it strange that he was wearing a Harnois branded ball cap while working at an Esso branded station.Very poor attitude from the attendant and one one in the loss column for the Esso brand.

They had gas I came waited 2 min put the thingy in the car and it filled up. Pulled it out and put it back went in to get 2 donuts at Tim Hortons and it was good. W place

Rude staffPurchased car wash car was not washed properly in the back i asked for re washThe lady ignored totally and said it was basic wash so it happens, you should only buy deluxe wash and then it will wash car properly hence my money got wasted.Ps i got comment that you didn’t spend $50 for car wash so it happens

Waste of 13.99 plus tax. Washed my car and it looks still dirty. Horrible carwash. Don't get me wrong the service at the store and Tim Hortons is great.
