Bad service.Waited ,at cash register, to pay for 5 minutes, cause the employee that was there don't handle cash......When a other employee finally showed up she told me- move I want to make him (other customer)pay first. And she proceeded to call that customer and scan is item. It was done in a rude attitude.I left.did not buy nothing. Went to a other gaming store. Found more options at cheaper price.So thanks for bad service I guess :-)

Not a good variety of pokemon cards compared to other gamestops and they have little to no yugioh cards but other than that it's great

Lots of trinkets. The place has morphed into a place where to buy small plastic toys and movie related memorabilia more than a video game store, guess they had to adapt to a changing market.That being said I've noticed the staff is always very careful to inform the parents when a game is rated a certain way which I find very commendable from the staff and the company. The staff is always very helpful too.

The staff here was so friendly during my visit on Friday June 11, they took the time to show me their promos and different articles and also they were so patient to answer my questions!! The store was clean and organized, the only annoying part it's to wait for someone to come to the front and let you in, but wtv it's pandemic times and this is how we deal with the pandemic nowadays

Bought a defective used ps4 remote here. Tried it, returned it hours later. Workers at the counter didn't want to refund it, only exchange for store credit. Should of told me prior to buying it. They argued that it's written on the receipt... the receipt only prints once you pay, and once you pay it's already too late to return it. Bad logic.Edit: after placing a complaint to the site, the manager called me to tell me he will now make sure their employees advise customers. He has also refunded me. Thank you Gabriel.
