Extremely disappointing. It’s not that they never delivered the gift I sent. It’s not that they’re courier never picked it up. It’s the fact there was no account for all of the above with a simple apology.

Great concept for a service, though disappointed with the delay of the delivery. Ordered on Friday for Monday delivery as the website states that this is possible. My order wasn't received until Wednesday (3 working days after my ordered was placed). I called them twice to ask for ETA, the answer was always it's coming".Good idea
