There was a issue in my bikes rear wheel because its rear dropouts were damaged . They told me we have to replace electrical components which were damaged by axel rotation inside frame . I spent 600$ for that and they called me by saying this i can not ride it as it can be damaged again . They repaired its electric components but i can not ride it as it can be damaged again . They told me they don’t provide repair of rear dropouts i have to do it myself or some other store and now its not getting good even after putting so much money i can not ride my e bike. Its such a shame that this companies can built there bikes but can not repair it fully . And they told me in the end after repairing other things . What is the point here if you can not solve the issue . They got my money and i got a trash bike . Worst service ever.

I recently bought ET-Cycle T1000 from amigo and I am pleased with my purchase. The manager, service and customer service staff was amazing. Talk to Alex if you want excellent customer service experience. He helped me fix brake pads in under 45 minutes.

I can't say enough good things about the guys at Amego. From the moment I walked in the door Yashar was attentive, patient and extremely helpful. He made sure to ask me questions about what I needed the bike for to narrow down the list for me to test drive. I was allowed to test out all the bikes that related to my search. It was important for them that I felt comfortable with my purchase and that I was making an informed decision. I learned tons and I decided on the ET Cycle F1000. I LOVE the bike! Gautam (also part of the team at Amigo) was amazing at providing me with additional information. Overall the experience was A+ 5 stars and I'm now recommending my friends shop for an e-bike there. this place has really bad service, if you havent bought a bike from them , you get like this second class service. They sell ETcycle ebikes but dont have any replacement hardware parts on hand, is always some story about how they have to order from manufacturer or the manufacturer doesnt sell them the parts, like they are the manufacturer dealer and this is the response i get from themwhen you ask for an alternate solution they just dont care nor they care to point you in the right direction. the customer service is horrible, if i had known this about them, i would literally not bought an ETCycle bike.... hope this helps someone not deal with this non sense
