4 years ago I bought a basic HP laptop for basic needs. Never really ran that well, but I didn't need it to do much so I suffered in silence. Until recently, when I just couldn't take it anymore!! Randy was able to remove alot of apps I wasn't using and optimized the speed tremendously. Running much better now. His rates are very reasonable too! I strongly recommend Electrogeek.

I am very pleased with ElectroGeek's expertise and service. I was dealing with two very old desktop computers that could no longer be upgraded, an old and very slow laptop that needed a new battery, and a badly configured Wifi setup. Randy provided great advice about what new computer and Wifi equipment would meet my needs. I am extremely happy with the the new computer and the upgraded Wifi, and once it had gone through major tweaking, the laptop is running substantially better. Randy was prompt in answering my questions and did a stellar job setting up the new computer and Wifi and transferring my files to One-Drive. He earned the five stars.

If there was a way to go beyond 5 stars, I would give as many as possible. Randy fixed an extraordinary amount of problems on my laptop. I contacted him knowing about some of the problems. He found so many others that were problematic and fixed them all. Organizing, streamlining, deleting unnecessary apps, setting up file protection, and much more was accomplished through Randy's expertise. He was extremely kind and patient as we plowed" through all the issues. I can't recommend him highly enough. If you need help
