Zach is by far the best physio around. I’ve come to him with many different injuries over the years (ankles, knees, wrists etc.) and he’s always left me feeling healthy and happy! Great physio and even better person!

I found the staff very good in all areas. The staff on the front desk informed me about my coverage from the car insurance company as well as my own medical plan. Answered any questions I had. The physio therapists I saw were very professional and as well answered any questions I had. Appointments always on time . Zach and Natasha were both caring and considerate as was the physio assistant Reno. Overall a very positive experience. Thank you so much.

Everyone is so kind and personable, they make you feel so welcomed and important! It genuinely makes me look forward to going to my physio appointments because I know I’ll see the smiling faces of my physiotherapists and my massage therapist! It’s very relaxing there too, they always have music playing and it’s so pleasant!!

Awesome spot to go for physio and massage. So close to home made the stress of visits minimal after being rear ended. Calvin for physio and Adrienne for massage are amazing in their work. When the pain is felt they go slower with less pressure. Usually a few laughs each session which is good especially with the stress caused from the accident. I feel its slow improvement though, but they both tell me that is natural based on the injury. Thanks guys.

I just finished up my last session with Natasha. I am so glad that I went to this Physio Clinic. They did a great job with healing my back. I give them a total thumbs up. All the staff there that I met were great, professional, very knowledgeable in their field. It's been one of the best places I've gone to. Very accommodating and flexible with appointments. Made you feel like a very appreciated customer. I am back on track now due to getting my treatments done there. If I ever need to go back due to an accident or hurt my back, I definitely will go back there. Kudos.

These folks really know there stuff, Ben, Peter and Zach helped me get through hip surgery and are amazing! The combination of services provided here is perfect. My recovery wouldn't be the same without them and such well rounded treatment. 100% recommend.

Myself and my two kids go to this location for physio and chiropractic services. We never have any issues, staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. They’re very helpful with any insurance questions I have. I’d highly recommend this business to anyone!

I have been going to PT health in Cole Harbour for close to 6 years now! Zach is an amazing physiotherapist and has helped me through numerous injuries, and is one of the kindest out there :) I also recently started to see Jay for massage and he has been helping tremendously so far!
