TRUSTWORTHY! Went to them for brake service, winter tire change and oil service. They did a great job and the staff was very professional and courteous.Prior to going to Midas, I visited a large auto service retailer (2 separate centers) and both quoted me $1000+ to fix the brakes.I decided to visit Midas to get one last quote before getting the pads/rotor replaced. Surprisingly they told me that I didn't need to replace anything and it just needed some work. They fixed the brakes (~2 yrs old brake pads) for a fraction of the cost. The car was done in 2 hours (as promised when I checked in) and they did a great job. Only regret is that I didn't try these guys earlier.

I arrived 5 minutes before they open at 8am and waited in the parking lot. The place didn't open at 8am as posted on their front door. I went to my car to find another mechanic around the area and 10 minutes later an employee showed up. I ended up by going to the Mr. Lube down the street on Tomken, who ended up by being the better choice. Thank goodness this Midas wasn't open at 8am like the hours state or I wouldn't have found Mr. Lube, who is AMAZING.

I used the Midas website to get a quote for tires from this location. When i called in i was told it was going to be 150$ more for no explanation. I was then told if I dont like it you can go somewhere else. Which i did. The midas on dundas in Mississauga honoured the online quote and was a better deal. I will never bother with this midas again purely on the poor customer service.

I called yesterday and spoke with a male at this location about a used vehicle I was buying in the area that I wanted to bring by to have inspected before I finalized the purchase… I was then quoted $55 every half hour and the inspection should take 1 hr… I was then made an appointment for 3:30pm the next day. I make arrangements with the seller of the used car to meet at Midas for 3:30pm and when we both arrive not only do I have no appointment booked but they cannot accommodate me …. This was very disappointing, frustrating and embarrassing… not sure if they do good work at this shop but one thing I can say is the service sucks.

I received exceptional service at this Midas. I sensed a more family type atmosphere, down to the way I was treated. Midas is honest. They've never told me something is wrong in order to get me to buy more services, and I appreciate that. In fact my battery was not working well and they reminded me to check the warranty as it was not old. Saved me some money. I will be back to this location.

Friendly service from Shelly. My only complaint / warning for customers would be to double check the price. The advertised price a good amount less than what I paid. This isn't uncommon when I get oil changes anywhere though.

Booked an appointment for Wheel Alignment at 8 AM. The staff didn't show up till 8.30. When they arrived they started picking up other cars and told me my appointment is booked for 8.30 AM.What's the point of booking an appointment?When you can't get the service on time.

Made an appointment, dropped my car off - waited an hour, came back, they haven't touched the car after telling me it'd be a half hour to 45 minutes.Pretty much sums up the place. Unprofessional and wastes your time. I'm typing this as I sit outside Midas, shivering in the cold as I wait for my car on my second hour. Never coming back to a Midas location.I also had the funny experience of sitting and waiting and hearing the cashier just casually dropping customer sensitive info loudly to their manager in an area with other customers.What a mess.

This place is the BEST! I have come to them twice now, and both times they have gotten me in very fast, and have worked with me within my price point. They are fast, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and so so gracious! Ajay and the team are top notch! I will not be taking my car anywhere else!
