Had an issue with Dryer and Technician Marc in Ottawa came to have a look. Dirty job, Marc was very professional, polite, and very qualified. Parts were a bit of an issue, but once they were in Marc had me back in business within an hour. Thanks again Marc.

I had the most wonderful experience with Appliance pros and specifically Arnold. When he came to my home to service my dryer he realized he didn't have the part with him that was needed, he left, went all the way to pick up the part and came back and fixed it for me. He went that extra mile to ensure that I didn't have to go the weekend without my dryer. Thank you Arnold and the Appliance Pros team for your incredible service and knowledge.

The technitian came by and looked at the washing machine which was not draining. He told my wife that the pump had failed and has caused the contorl board to fail too, and that we need to buy a new washing machine. I took it apart watching youtube videos over the weekend and it ended up finding the filter was clogged (sse picture). I called up the company and they said they will not refund me for the $140 the visit cost me

I’m super satisfied with you guys! Two thumbs up for Brian and Sukhchain! Very professional and efficient service. I have a Whirlpool washer, for some reason the door won’t lock therefore it won’t start washing. Brian explained the probable causes and provided me with solutions very clearly. It’s a tiny apartment and they needed to take off the door to get to the machine. Thanks to Sukhchain, you’ve done a pretty good job, didn’t damage anything and perfectly put it back. Will definitively use your company again if needed!

Fridge ice-maker stopped working. Toto came by the next day, ordered the new part and in less than a week returned to install it. Very pleasant and professional repairman! Would definitely call them again.
