We literally had 10 or more quotes from various companies and trust me when I say Service plus heating and cooling were by far the most respectful, kind, honest, professional, and efficient.I wasn’t treated with chauvinism or talked down to because I was a woman unlike some of the other quoting companies.Service plus heating and cooling literally rolled out the red carpet to protect my floors. They removed the old hvac system and installed the new one in a timely manner.They didn’t leave until they made sure everything was in perfect running order and the work site was cleaned up.Andrew was amazing, he took the time to answer any random questions my husband fired off to me from work and walked me through the new thermostat.(is it Mitchell) who came to do the quote was sincere and wasn’t out to take advantage. Andrews helper (I’m sorry I forgot your name) was also great, both he and Andrew also walked slowly around my over anxious dog even though our dog kept barking at them the whole time they were here. Super nice guys!We will for sure get our central air from them in the near future. I feel like they listened to what we wanted and were knowledgeable about their products.Couldn’t be happier. We are very happy with the service we received from Service Plus Heating & Cooling. Communication, delivery of service, professionalism and respect. Our hot water tank died on us and as we thought, we needed a replacement. (It was very old). Andrew took the time to show us our options . As a replacement, we decided to go with a tankless water heater and will never go back to a hot water tank. On the day of the install, Andrew and Mitch showed up on time and started to work right away. They left the area clean after the work was completed and explained how everything worked. We are so grateful for the exceptional service!
