We paid the $150 for a 15 minute repair to a very small chip on the edge of our granite countertop that was purchased at Keystone approx. 18 months prior. I guess the fix was satisfactory job but I did notice it had a sharp burr(irregularity) in the repair area when I was washed the counter. I was assured by the guy doing the repair that the counter was stronger at the repair than anywhere else. A few short months later I noticed that the repair had failed and the small piece of clear epoxy had fallen out. When I contacted Keystone they said they don't warranty the repair but they would be glad to return for another $150. Not a chance.

My wife and I just finished a complete kitchen overhaul. We had been encouraged to see Liz & the fine folks at Keystone Granite due to their competitive prices, high end products and professional workmanship. Well, I can tell you that our experience was no different. They were accommodating and answered all of our concerns. From picking out the material to final installation, the processes were all flawless. In the future, I would not use anyone else but Keystone Granite.

We did a major kitchen and bathroom renovation using quartz counter top installed by Keystone Granite. The project was not without a few glitches, but the end result was fantastic. Gavin, the sales manager, is a lovely guy, with impeccable taste. He was a great help in selecting material. Kevin, the chief domestic installer, is an artist. All the work was really professionally done, with virtually no mess or dust. We are delighted with how everything worked out.

Keystone Granite is amazing!! Last year Keystone Granite installed a new granite island and counter tops in our home. A few months later, I left a trash bag with wet vegetable peelings on the counter over night. The bag had a hole at the bottom and by morning I had a large 16 x 22 inch dark stain from the carrot, celery, onion and starchy potato peels.I called Keystone Granite and soon after the owner of the company and Kevin, our original installer, came out to assess the damage and determine how to proceed.Kevin worked hard on removing the stain, including coming out several times to view the progress and reapply a poultice. Kevin would not give up until the stain was gone and we were totally satisfied. It took 3 or 4 visits, patience and a lot of deep scrubbing but Kevin got the stain out and the counter is once again beautiful.We would definitely recommend Keystone Granite for any bath or kitchen counter tops. Soon we will do our bathroom and will not hesitate to use Keystone Granite. Not only do they supply a a great product but they also provide outstanding customer service. I thought I would have to live with the stain but now, lesson learned, I once again have a beautiful counter.I believe it says a lot about a company when not only do the owners provide great service but their employees go out of their way to also provide great service.

Keystone Granite installed quartz countertops during our home renovation. The installation was perfect and seamless. Attention to detail such as the stove quartz strip, was carefully measured and installed. When our countertop needed a repair, keystone's technician was friendly, tidy and fast. The color match was exact and we can't tell that the counter was ever chipped. Because the repair was quick, keystone charged me less than the regular rate. I highly recommend this company for large or small projects.

The owners, Liz and Balan are awesome to work with! They go out of their way to provide excellent customer service every time. I have had both a kitchen and bathroom renovation done through Keystone. Everyone that works there is helpful, knowledgeable and they want everything to work out perfectly. I thought my small bathroom project would not get the same attention as my kitchen reno, but I was wrong. Every job they do, big or small, is very important to them. The projects were complete on time and finished as promised. I highly recommend them!!!

Amazing experience at Keystone Granite. The owners, Balan and Liz went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our granite and explained, in detail, the process that’s involved from beginning to end.The installers were extremely attentive and prompt. They were able to answer any question I had and the installation went perfectly.I can’t recommend Keystone Granite enough. Professional, friendly, informative and all at a competitive price.

I have had such great service and my countertops in my kitchen are awesome. Everyone talks about them when we have people over. I had a red wine stain on it, from leaving a bottle out overnight and couldn't get the stain out. They came and fixed it for free. I have other company's countertops at the cottage that are nowhere near as good. They show the seams while Keystone has some technology in cutting that almost erases the seams. Very happy.

We bought our granite from Keystone about 2 1/2 years ago Liz told us the Granite is the WOW factor in the kitchen and she was right . The granite is beautiful the templating was great ,everything was good until they showed up to install it they put a seam in one of the feature pieces from 2 different slabs (they never told us about the seam ) . The sink we ordered is an under mount sink the hole they cut for the sink is horrific,i never seen an under mount with a positive inconsistent reveal they blamed Koehler the sink manufacturer. Her crew of installers (Hacks) did about 1500.00 dollars damages to our brand new cabinets. Also the next time her crew came back to try and match the 2 piece feature piece she sends her husband (who is a police man in Winnipeg ) takes me aside in my garage and bullies me in to paying the invoice and GUARANTEED me she would fix the sink and the 2 piece feature piece within 2 years . Guess what nothing happened and she wont return emails very disappointing. So much for the WOW factor .

Excellent experience. I hired Keystone Granite to remove and reinstall granite that had been improperly installed by another company. The professional and knowledgeable hands-on owners were impressive. The installers did a superior job. They re-fabricated the pieces and reset the seam, and paid close attention to every detail during the installation. This is truly a company that cares about the customer.
