The place is above average clean, but that is about the only good thing they have going well. They get an extra star for that.They will not hesitate to raise your rental rates, even above what their website is posted at. When I asked about why they would be charging me extra, I got no response.When arriving at my unit one day, I found an extra lock on my door that they put on. The claim was that they were worried about theft and wanted it to be secure. A call or email would have been appreciated. I had to go searching for someone to unlock my unit. I think they just wanted to sell me a new lock. If I had come after hours, I would not have had access.For such a large place, they only have 4 shared carts to use. If you go during the day or evening, you have a 50/50 chance of getting to use one.The automatic doors seem to often be out of service. This can be very annoying when trying to move in or out.Finally, the service is unfriendly and often rude. They aren’t good at returning calls or emails, although they did call me at 6pm on Christmas Eve, just to ask for updated credit card info. I think that could have waited.I have taken my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same.

Good service, automated entrance, prices as listed no hidden fees or extra charges.

I recently rented a storage unit with my husband, the experience was smooth considering is our first time renting a unit, Vaugh spoke with us on the phone a couple of weeks ago and was friendly, and Carlos processes our applications and showed us the unit a couple of days ago he was knowledgeable and friendly, we recommend the place and the overall experience and staff

In the spring of 2017, I was going to be moving back from the U.S. to Mississauga and needed a storage unit. I found Apple Self Storage on line. When I called, Von answered the phone and was wonderful in helping me to figure out the logistics of how I could manage the move to both my new residence and Apple. Now, after five years, I no longer need a storage unit. I'll always be grateful to Von and Apple Self Storage for making my transition back to Canada a smooth one. While the facility has always been extremely clean and well-organized, perhaps most importantly, I've always felt that my possessions were in safe hands. Thank you, Von and Apple Self Storage.

The staff member I dealt with was arrogant and unhelpful. There was an undisclosed one-time administration fee when signing up online and they failed to mention the unit I rented was on the second floor with no elevator access until I was standing in the office (it should have been disclosed when signing the lease). Overall, a number of red flags within days of renting a storage locker here. I cancelled my lease and will be using another service provider in the area. The place is clean as mentioned in a number of reviews here but it takes more than clean floors to be a good service provider.

I had an absolutely excellent experience at this Apple Self Storage location. I did a lot of research before committing to a self storage unit because I wanted to ensure that my belongings would be kept in a clean and well maintained facility while I worked abroad. When I first visited, I had the pleasure of meeting Vaughn and experiencing his excellent service. He was highly professional, very honest, super helpful throughout the process, and really charmed my parents (who I think might end up storing their items at his facility in the future). I give this place two thumbs up and 5 stars for quality, customer service, price!

Very nice and clean facility. Not very busy, easy to park and always get carts easily. Helpful staff is always there during day times. Seems pretty secure with around the clock surveillance and entry by code only. Has a commercial height dock for bigger trucks as well. Rates are bit higher than other places but for good reason. I have been there for a few months and no complaints so far.

Very clean, helpful staff even replaced my lock when it stopped working properly. Was treated properly and that's a nice feeling. Prices are competitive but like all storage companies around they are overpriced in my opinion.
