St. Michael's Cathedral Basilica

Beautiful cathedral. I moved to the rural so I don’t think I’ll get another opportunity to see something so impressive. Went here for daily mass when visiting Toronto.

One of the iconic churches in Toronto. Amazing Christmas service made my Christmas really special.

Constructed in the 19th century, this church is an architectural marvel!Daily mass service is available(3 masses daily, and 5 masses on Sunday.If you're new in the city or just visiting, you should make it a point to attend mass. The choir is heavenly!! Paired with the organ it creates a perfect environment for prayer and worship!The stained glass windows depict various saints and characters from the Bible.One must definitely visit when in town!

This is a beautiful church in the heart of Toronto. The organ and cantor maintain a solemn, uplifting atmosphere to worship along with the warmth and wisdom of the clergy. The community also seems tight knit despite being a hub for tourists and traveling faithful.

I'm not even a Christian, but this place was just cool. I identify myself as a Satanist and I only went to the church because I was passing by on my way to Massy hall for a mother mother concert. Just look around inside and it was beautiful ❤️ I love studying religion in this place just filled my passion. The place was huge and heavily detailed. Even if you're not a Christian it's a great place to look at if you ever get the chance. (Just remember to be respectful)

Excellent cathedral that is well maintained and recently restored. It is a Roman Catholic Cathedral. And has an active and well updated website as well. The choir makes the mass more spiritual.

Amazing Cathedral Basilica! Many pics already uploaded so I’m just including a pic of the outside from this morning and of a friend curled up on the front steps. I guess even raccoons have a rough time once in a while and need a safe place to sleep … LOL! So cute, yet as a person from the country I wondered why he was not hiding in the daytime. Curious?!?

It is one of the most beautiful churches that I have ever seen. The design and architecture is brilliant. I really recommend to visit this beautiful church once.

Stunning church in the middle of the city. Amazing architecture design inside and out.Great service too! I've been here several times.One Sunday, I went before 12 noon to attend the mass. There was no line going inside. Before the mass started, I went to use the washroom and noticed that there were staff in the entrance door controlling the number of people to go inside. They have a tally of how many people were there. Maybe in order to stop letting people in if it's getting crowded inside.If you are a tourist and want to buy souvenirs, follow the stairs going to the washroom and you'll find the store. There's also a crypt chapel if you walk through but it's closed.If you go weekdays, sometimes the washroom is not open but you can ask the staff roaming around.

Staying nearby St. Micheal's Cathedral Basilica is an honour and my living room is facing directly is blessing. This is a beautiful gothic-style cathedral. Have a look at inside, it's so gorgeous and stunning beautiful from outside and inside. Always welcoming but check with their schedule masses. Never get enough to admiring around....the architecture structures here speechless stunning beautiful, can't believe just next to my home.
