The Engraving Company

This is by far the greatest engraving store I have been too. The customer service was phenemonal. I had gone to get wedding gifts for bridesmaids and groomsmen, the girl that helped me was so great. She suggested ideas and recommended things to get, which all turned out beautifully. Since that experience I have continued to go to this store and continue to have an amazing experience. All the staff are attentive and helpful!

If you want great service, come here. I had a custom knife I wanted engraved with my initials and Gary was quick to assist me. The product was exactly what I wanted. To top it all off, all the employees have a smile on their face. I will definitely be back. Great service is always worth it!

I had to get engravings on a trophy for my fantasy league. I was skeptical on how it would turn out. After I seen it finished I was very impressed. Will be bringing it back to have the new champs name put on every year. I'm very sure the wait would have been shorter since it was mothers day and everybody wanted engravings. Overall extremely satisfied and am sure you will be too

Amazing guy, I believe he's the owner. I needed to get a key cut and all the other major stores didn't have the key I needed. Randomly walked into this place at Bramlea city centre. Dude literally took like 30 seconds and handed me the key. I was amazed, definitely recommend!

Wow the staff there is really nice! The key cutter gentleman was able to cut my car key i bought from amazon. Haha. And it works. Going to come back here for anything cutting.

I purchased a hello kitty key and my experience here was pleasant; it was very quick, less than 2 minutes to make. I was very excited about this purchase and even preferred this key than my original house key due to the big key head. Sadly, things took the wrong turn and my key broke after around 6 uses. Turning the key, the head detatched from the body and got stuck in the handle! i was not able to get into my home and the key body was stuck. We returned back to the store and asked it to be replaced but we were not able get another one. I was very disappointed and baffled because keys are not supposed to break. We did end up buying another one but hopefully this one is more durable and lasts longer. Already 11.24$ down the drain from the broken key, now another 11.24$ for the replacement. I hope in the future The Engraving Company can make some sort of policy regarding the replacement of broken keys because keys should NOT break. Hopefully my experience with my new key is much better.
