Edited my review a few times because I have been prayerfully trying to find a way to humbly be forthcoming and honest about my experience here without hurting his business.I emailed him a concern after he finished the partial job with a desire of rectifying a few things. he responded with a “cut ties” mentality instantly, came over to my house unannounced at night and handed my wife money and said good riddance basically. Said he can’t work with us. Would highly recommend someone that is more transparent that answers calls and texts, which would of help avoid such confusion today. Wish him the best.

Lucas and Mike were great! They went above and beyond in addressing the issue and when we discovered additional issues which were outside of the service call scope, they gladly spent time fixing them. Genuine, nice and knowledge. Will use again!

Turner Plumbing was a God send to us this year! They were able to help us get our new hose bibs installed before gardening season in a timely matter. They were quick to respond and get on it as quickly as they could. They were incredibly kind and helpful with very great pricing! I have been building and remodeling in Bonner County for more than 20 years and have worked with few service providers I could recommend more highly than Lucas Turner and the crews of Turner Plumbing.This summer, they completed three different jobs at my personal home. In every case, Lucas and the crews were responsive, communicative, courteous, neat and on time. In every case, the work was done perfectly, the first time. The bonus is that the men were always professional, cheerful and easy to have around, which counts for something when they have to be on site for a full day or more.

Update with a 5 star review. After posting the original review, Lucas at Turner Plumbing immediately called to apologize. He was very gracious and stated that our experience was not how they chose to do business. Two days later Michael made a special trip to apologize in person and to refund the total amount we paid which we did not ask for or expect. We can not highly recommend them and appreciate their quick and professional response to our concern.Original post: We called to get help with our reverse osmosis system which they had previously installed and to tighten or replace a bathroom faucet. The plumbers were friendly, but we were shocked when we were charged time for two plumbers. The only work actually done was by the apprentice/journeyman? who did tighten one faucet. No other actual work was done except to verify our pressure tank was functioning and not causing the drip sound coming from the reverse osmosis system. The senior plumber acknowledged he really didn’t know anything about reverse osmosis systems ( why did they send them? ), and he would have someone call who did know about them. Never happened. I would never recommend or use this company again. We should have been billed for one plumber - not two.

Turner plumbing provides excellent service in a very timely manner! I had a frost-free faucet that cracked and was leaking and the crew came in less than 12 hours and replaced the broken faucet. I’ve also used Turner for other work, both residential and commercial for my business. I’ve always been very pleased and highly recommend their service.
