Tv all channels are freezing. Game 7 Rangers and Carolina, but can't watch because it's frozen again.

Half of the cost of its nearest competitors, and is the best internet you can get right to your house (not sharing with neighbours as it is FIbre to the home). The install guy was also super nice and understanding of rural set ups, and their customer service team have been super friendly and don't read from a script when dealing with you.Paying half the cost for about 40x the speed down, and more than 1000 times the speed up (was dealing with like .5 mbps upload speed with wireless internet). The biggest selling feature is the stability of fibre for me, no dropouts because of weather or worrying about bandwidth use. Can stream on like 10 screens, security cameras, and an online game and not even feel a drop in the speed or ping.Super nice local company that is offering the best product around at half the cost, and we finally get to get away from the big telecommunication companies. If you live in an area where these guys are bringing fibre, it is an absolute no brainer. You somehow save money by getting the best internet available anywhere.

24/7 tech support that only solves your problems during regular business hours. Got email that repairs were being done at 12am Saturday. Recieved email that repairs were done Saturday morning 8am. But we have no internet have reset everything called tech support. Only to be told we would be contacted Monday morning. Why do you have 24\7 service that provides no service. Why would you do repairs then not have anybody to fix potential issues that may happen. This is not acceptable .

Great reliable service. Have had zero issues. Excellent people to deal with. A refreshing change from having to deal with the larger companies.

NRB provides our internet where I work. There have not been any outages that I am aware of. Anxiously awaiting their service to be available in my neighborhood

Customer service to install great. However, if your internet goes down over the weekend there is no 24/7 support to get your internet fixed. For the price I'm paying monthly I don't understand why there is no 24/7 tech support. Very disappointed.

NRBN Had contractors put a new underground line in our subdivision. They severed the coaxial going to our house. NRBN refuses to fix it. Refuses to take any responsibility for it. They just put up their hands and say “it’s your problem”. We’ve now been without cable/internet for a few days now with no restoration in sight. The internet is also used heavily for work at home.Real classy NRBN. What you did should be criminal.I’d give zero stars but it isn’t possible.
