Jesse was super helpful in identifying the type of shoe, the best fit for my foot. Ended up buying a pair of Hoka Shoes. After trying them for a few days, i felt it wasn’t the right shoe for my foot. Went back to the store and Jesse’s customer satisfaction allowed me to swap with another pair of Hoka’s. The new pair feels a lot better. Highly recommend seeing Jesse if you are looking for a pair of shoes that will empower your feet.

Best footwear store we’ve ever been in. Staff really know their stuff and are unfailingly cheerful and charming. Found me the best & most comfortable running shoes I’ve ever owned – I now have 3 pairs! Special ordered a shoe for my wife and they actually called to let us know it was delayed in shipping and wouldn’t arrive for a few extra days! Outstanding in every way.

Went to buy new runners. Staff was very friendly (so was the store dog!) and knowledgeable. They helped me pick out a pair, made sure they fit correctly, and even directed me to a pair that was on sale. It was clear they care about their customers and are not just about the money. Ran in my new shoes today and they feel great. Thanks again Frontrunners.

Just went to this location on Shelbourne today with my 100 year old mother. She was hoping to replace an old pair of walking shoes but the specific brand was only carried downtown.We had a wonderful sales clerk called Jesse and he was able to find an alternate show that was perfect for my mothers needs.
