It's sometimes hit or miss if you'll get your whole order or if you'll wait 20 min for it but they're usually pretty friendly at least

Do not go here for passport photos! I assumed it would be cheap with it being inside Walmart but it is not at all. Also, I needed additional prints of the passport sized photos and they charged me twice more for the passport package even though they only snapped the one initial photo. Complete rip-off here.

Why would anybody go to a place like this when cameras are so readily available on phones today?

Staff were less and the service was ok,a bit confusing for the elderly and the sign boards for various items were hard to find at some points.

First of all they are not cheap and we totally did not liked the quality of the photos the photographer took.Looks like everyone who owns a DSLR can now become a photographer, not what i expected. WOULD NOT AT ALL RECOMMEND IT.

I'm so stupid I didn't ask their price for passport photo. Thought, it would as reasonable as other Walmart product. They charged me $30.00+ for two passport photos which is a total rip off. You can have pp photo at $11.99 in downtown or less than $10.00 if you have membership at Costco. Think twice before you step in there.

Scheduled appointment for passport photos through website. Even received an email reminder. When the four of us arrived the person serving us was extremely rude and told us we would have to pay cash because he couldn't figure out how to connect the debit machine. He then wanted to charge $140 for 4 pictures. He then advised us that it would have been cheaper if we had made an appointment. How did he not know we had an appointment? At this point we simply left and went to Shoppers where they took us right away without an appointment and was also less expensive. I would not recommend using Walmart Photo Studios for passport or any other photos.

Wendy was amazing with our 3 month old and getting him to smile. My whole family was relaxed, we got all of the photos we wanted, and had a great experience thanks to her care and talent.

I was also ripped off. I went there because I read somewhere that they are cheaper than others. After getting my passport picture taken, I was asked to pay a whopping $29.99 + Tax. That is a full $11.30 higher than the highest cost in town. This indecent price was not displayed anywhere. I feel cheated. Walmart should reimburse everyone who paid more than $19.99 + tax. They have everyone's email address.
