Everyone was absolutely great of whom we dealt with from Michelle outdoors in the yard who helped us with our brick order on such a horrible cold day…. Michelle took care of us without a problem.The ladies at customer service Brynn, Wendy, Carrie and Caroline were great at putting the order together.Even our delivery drivers were great at dropping our product off perfectly.Everyone was super friendly, welcoming and wanted to do everything to help and they all did. We shall return.Thank you everyone for the GREAT SERVICE.

I had to come to Rona yesterday and today. Isaac yesterday was amazing. He remembered me from when I came here 4 months ago to buy paint. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Today I ran into Laura. Her energy is unmatched. She was at the end of her shift but it looked like she just started. I feel like I have know her forever. Keep up the great work Rona.

Always had pleasant experiences shopping at this specific location, but a couple of weeks before this past Christmas was truly heartwarming; I was in trying to decide which Christmas village to buy for my son (he's super into Christmas villages) and was being helped by one of this location's fantastic young associates, Tyson, when he excuses himself for a moment only to return to pass along such a kind and generous offer from the store's Manager, Amril. I won't go into all the details that make this experience so amazing, but we are so humbled and grateful, and my son is loving his Christmas villages! Great products & service - really great people.THANK YOU TYSON,AND THANK YOU AMRIL.

Tejas Patel from contractor sales has been super helpful, we visited multiple times in the past month and ordered sub floors and he has always given us great service. He has helped us even set up the app on phone.Thanks Tejas and will recommend asking for him if needed help. 5/5 stars !!

Awful inventory control and product display. Almost impossible to find small plumbing fittings in plastic bins you cant see into. Manager eventually conceded they had zero of a ½x⅜ shutoff which listed 29 in stock.

Customer Service Still Exists... and it is at RONA!My wife and I were greeted with a smile when we entered the store and shortly after a very nice staff member named Wendy assisted us in picking out and finding what we wanted. She enlisted the assistance of a nice young man named Anthony who was also helpful and professional. I BELIEVE the customer service rep who finalized the sale was Carrie. We couldn't be happier with our purchase, HOWEVER all we could talk about on the way home was the exemplary customer service! Start to finish A+ - We felt that our purchase really mattered to the staff.

Awesome customer service from all staff, especially the manager (not sure if he is the store manager, or customer service manager, blondish hair did not get a name) always welcoming, solves an issue and I feel confident in purchasing items from here (usually purchase at Costco!!) also shout out to the young man in the paint department, he tried his best to match a paint colour to my window trims! Thanks again to all staff, I will be back soon!

I went to the store for interior door quote for several doors for my home. After repeatedly calling regarding an update was I provided a quote and this all taking two weeks to receive. Still awaiting a follow up to the original quote. Emailed a local competitor and the next morning I recieved this quote. Poor service.
