As an Uber Driver you are expected to go grab the food hoping it is ready so you can deliver it. However even though it was a busy day, I was waiting 2 hours to pick up and order for a customer because they were not doing incoming orders in order of receiving them. And when the order was ready it was not brought to the front and called out until I asked the manager if it was ready. I am just glad my customer was patient with me as I had no control over how things were operated here

Drive thru is very good at this location, busy location so check the items before leaving.However, when ordering with Uber Eats there's a lot of issues sometimes. This was someone else's entire order that mostly went to the garbage.

This McDonalds doesn’t even deserve one star. Ordered two meals and only received the ice cold fries. No burgers in the sealed bag. Clearly staff should be checking more clearly when preparing orders for pick up.This has happened from this location multiple times.

Yesterday at 5:27pm Me and my husband decided to eat here. When arrived at the location I noticed that the place was very busy and very dirty every where include the lobby areas for sitting. I notice while wait for my food they had more staff, in back of the prep areas then not in front of the store. When I received my food my husband Big Mac was cold for wait so long for our food.That why I'm giving this store a 1 star and will not be return to this location.

An integral part of eating chicken nuggets is the dipping sauce and the last couple times I have ordered, they forgot the sauce!!! With how expensive McDonald's is getting I am unable to order it very often, so I would greatly appreciate all the items that I ordered with my meal. Thanks.

The staff here are completely unable to complete the most basic tasks, every time I come here they either charge me to much, mess up my order, or tell me the basic items like a cheese burger isn’t on the menu.Every time I have asked to speak to a manager the staff tell me that they don’t exist.

I order a burger and medium fries, like a plain old single patty cheapest burger burger, and it took LITERALLY 25 minutes in the drive through. Pretty sure McDonald's qualifies as fast food, but I guess that's a mistake. I was asked to pull up to the third window and wait, how embarrassing especially when I ordered the most simple things on the menu. 0/10 will not be returning again and I recommend that you do not either. Pathetic. Also fries were ice cold, why was I waiting?

This is the best mcdonalds in town. I always order a lot of modifications and they always make my order correctly. Also, my food is usually ready when i get to the window and i dont have to go park and wait. And the pop is never flat or watery. Favourite location

The inside of the place is nice, it's clean. But the way they have the washrooms set-up is pathetic, they have to be opened with a button by someone behind cash, like what!?Also the drive-thru here IS ALWAYS SLOW, even if you're the only person there...One time we ordered dinner here, like over $50 worth of food. To find out one of the Big Macs and Fries were missing. I get it mistakes happen, but we paid over $50 for that food, and we felt ripped off as someone's meal was missing! The food itself was good however, and we've been here a few times with no messed up order, just that one time. But it's still always slow.
